• Location to beach & restaurants was great.
• Room was very noisy, hard to sleep w/ outside hall & atrium.

“The staff was friendly & courteous. Our 2, teen girls enjoyed the facilities. The beach was close enough for the kids to go back and forth to the room or toilets. Very safe and the beach was clean and relatively uncrowded for a weekend before school started. The outside pool and bar and grill were a nice feature.”

• Did not have to leave because everything you needed was available.
• Small venders were not staffed with enough help. At one point there was no one to cover one vender.

• Stones throw from beach.
• Overpriced for value received.

“When we got to the hotel/resort, it took us approximately 90 minutes to check-in, wait for the elevator and get to our room (only two elevators per approximately 132 rooms/11 floors). Two elevators for 2-11 and two elevators for 11-22. Our Condo Rental was DIRTY! I had to call the front desk twice before management finally agreed to clean the room. The representative I spoke to informed me that they did not clean the rooms and that this was outsourced to a cleaning company (well, the cleaning company did a horrible job). Even after a cleaning crew was sent up to clean the room, I still found a noticeable amount of dust throughout the Condo Rental. Furthermore, the hotel representative acted as if she was doing me a favor by sending up a cleaning crew. Considering the money spent for the condo rental, I should not have had to deal with this problem to begin with. We had the following maintenance related issues: (1) a visit at 10:30PM to deliver a fan we had requested and (2) I requested that the balcony sliding door be fixed and the maintenance rep was sent to the wrong room. Bathroom area was tighter than what I have normally experienced in both my personal as well as business travel. Also, there were rust spots throughout the bathroom. The outdoor pool was small and very crowded AND we were disappointed with the fitness room. Finally, the hotel is not near the boardwalk which will require either driving or taking the bus.”

• The rooms were clean and spacious, and right on the beach. Free beach chairs.
• It was tired and needs new painting, wall decorations, and carpets cleaned.

“For a last minute trip to Ocean City, this hotel served its purpose as it was right on the beach and very family-friendly with a microwave, sink, mini-frig and the rooms were big, and clean. We did not have an oceanfront room. But the hotel itself is tired, the carpets have large stains, the painting on the walls is chipping and cracked, and the walls are sparsely decorated, the dresser had replacement handles that didn't match older and worn handles. Far from luxury, but with two kids under 4, it was satisfactory.”

• Not enough elevators for traffic.

• Family friendly with ice skating and show, pizza, ice cream, gym.
• They refused delivery of flowers that were to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary.

“Great value for the money. Not the newest or fanciest hotel but the best value oceanfront we found. Free beach chairs (only had to rent an umbrella). Decent restaurant, not great but convenient, especially the breakfast buffet. The ice show was great. The bellman were very helpful and very friendly. We are going back and taking our son in 4 weeks. We loved it!”
