• Clean, convenient, and was modern.
• House keeping did not return to make our beds when we weren't ready at 9am.

• Convenient to where we wanted to be
• Parking situation was atrocious! Took 20 mins. to find a parking place. Ice machine didn't work

“The overall quality of this hotel was average. Basic, but clean. The parking situation was deplorable- we competed with neighboring restaurant, movie theater, and shops... ridiculous! Otherwise, good room for the money.”

• Easy to deal with staff.
• Remote was damaged before our stay began. It functioned but was less than acceptable.

“Great for the off-season visit. Clean and comfortable. Good location but would not want to walk to the beach from this location.”

• Size of the room and location of hotel.
• 4 pm checkin - very inconvenient.

“We have stayed at this hotel many times, but I don't remember 4 pm check-in. We travel from NJ and leave very early in the morning in order to get to OC, MD early enough to enjoy a full day. Had I known that the hotel was 4 pm check-in I would have paid the extra night to have the hotel room available when I got there at 10:30 am.”

• Cleanness, bed and soft pillows.
• The restaurant (Denny's), extremely long line to be seated. Never used it.

• It was simple, an average hotel.
• The pool was packed and so was the fitness area.

“Overall it was nothing great and not bad. It was nice to have a Denny attached to the hotel.”

• Quick walk across the street to the beach and the bus stop right in front of the hotel.
• The pool closed too early.

“Perfect location. The beach was never too crowded and we could get right on the bus and go where ever we wanted. The staff was friendly and able to answer all questions.”

• It was cheap.
• Room was dirty. Had to clean the bath before using. Under AC was horrible. One working ice machine in entire hotel.

“I will never go back there again. It was dirty smelly and in disrepair. I had to clean the room before we settled. I had to but the air freshener as the room smelled. The ice machine were broken on every floor but one. My sink barely drained. we never had maid service on any of the three days we were there. Staff spoke little English.”

• Proximity to attractions.
• Stale/smoky smell in room.

“Well situated within Ocean City, but parking is difficult as the lot is shared with a mall, a theater and a Denny's Restaurant. Often had to park far away and walk a long distance to the building. The pool was in need of cleaning and the jets on the Jacuzzi barely worked. Otherwise, staff was friendly and problems were dealt with in a timely manner.”

• It was within a short walking distance to the beach.

“The closeness to the beach without the high rate of other normal beach hotels was very much appreciated. hotel. There were a lot of options as far as restaurants were concerned and plenty of shopping. The movie theater next door along with an arcade kept the kids busy on a rainy day. The shopping while raining kept the girl friend busy while I relaxed in the hotel and watched a ball game.”
