• 2 queen size bed, paid for one, Cable Television.
• No breakfast incl., dirty dark room, balcony door out of order, noisy room, ugly ambient.

“It was my first BW Hotel and I expected much more for this brand and the money I paid. Everything was old, dirty and damaged. The Hotel is dark due to only a few windows. It is next to the coastal highway and the windows let in the noise as if there are now windows. Furthermore the balcony door cannot be locked. I would never ever go back to this hotel again and I hope that other Best Western Hotels are much more better. ”

• Convenient location, balcony and clean rooms.
• AC in one room has a funny smell, but not too bad.

“We have 4 adults and 2 young children in our group. After playing in the beach in the morning, we spent some time in the small swimming pool. The kids enjoyed watching cartoon network in the room, that was our relax time of the day to stay away from the hot sun at noon.”

• Friendly staff, great location, spotless lobby, room needed a little help regarding cleanliness.
• Needed a few extra touches by the cleaning staff.

“Terrific location. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Warm greeting upon arrival and departure - the staff that knew my name, used my name. Great value. The lotions and shampoo and conditioner were wonderful. I asked for and received an extra conditioner. Will look forward to staying there again!”

• Within walking distance of restaurants, clubs, and food markets. Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Non-smoking room had odor of smoke.

“All in all a very nice stay. Pool looked nice , but I didn't use it. Convenient location to markets and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Staff was punctual to my needs.
• The price was not the price quoted, I didn't like having to plunger the toilet in the room and then had to move to another room that seem not as good.

“At first when I got there the room cost me 30 dollars, then the room was dirty and the water pressure was bad, the toilet did not work and over flowed, then I was moved to a room that seemed of lesser value. Then I found that the people staying in the room across from me was paying only 44 dollars per night for the same room I was staying in, my room cost me 85 dollars a night. If I knew it was going to bee this much trouble I would have went with some one else.”

• Nice big rooms.
• Front desk was unreachable a few times, very noisy occupants next door.

“Rooms were very nice, place was clean and had extra pillows and blankets already in room. I would have appreciated someone taking care of the loud people in the hallway until 3 am (my young children were affected). When I tried to call the front desk there was no answer. Otherwise, nice location and average price. Room had nice amenities like fridge, coffee, iron, dryer.”
