• I loved the location, the fact that the pool was open until 12 midnight, and the breakfast.
• The housekeeping staff did not attend to the guest needs, I requested a pillow on my first night there, did not get it.

• Continental breakfast was a nice bonus and didn't require us to go out each day to find a restaurant .
• Need to stagger the check-in times as there was an extremely long line and the in processing wasn't the most efficient I've seen.

“My granddaughter especially like the pool and game room facilities. The continental breakfast more than satisfied with its many selections.”

• It was close to the convention center.
• The Internet connection was down and I could not work.

“The hotel was clean and convenient. It was very nice that they served breakfast in the am but when my boss first entered his room it was not clean so he had to wait for a clean one and then the Internet connection was down and we could not work from there.”

• The hotel staff was very accommodating.
• At first we received the wrong room.

“When we first got there I wasn't too happy when we got a room with two double beds instead of a king size bed. we went downstairs and they fixed that for us with no problem, and were very nice about it. over all I was quite happy with our stay here.”

• Free continental breakfast, and the balcony with view to the beach.
• Security cameras EVERYWHERE.

“Overall very nice. Clean, good amenities (breakfast, refrigerator, heated indoor pool, HBO, balcony), good value for the money - at least off season, when we were there. Only real issue was the feeling that it wasn't safe; all those security cameras make it feel like you're trapped inside a hotel with a bunch of criminals, or are being considered one yourself ...”

• The breakfast was deluxe for a continental breakfast.
• The man in front of me checking in walked in and was quoted a $10 per night lower fee than I received having made way ahead reservations.

“The staff could have been more friendly, but overall this is a very nice hotel and reasonable for the area. We will probably go back.”
