• The Location.
• Outdated room.

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was slightly noisy from the hall way. The location was perfect for the beach. The balconies were a security issue because the sliding door wouldn't lock properly.”

• Very close to the beach, boardwalk was within walking distance.

“The accommodations and the stay went as expected, the one problem I encountered (which weighed down the overall experience) I had just checked out of the room, approx. 90 minutes later I was walking the boardwalk and realized I had forgot my laptop computer, since check in wasn't for another 3 hours, I got another key from the front desk, went back up to the room, housekeeping was changing the sheets. laptop was gone. Draw your own conclusions.”

• Convenience to beach / boardwalk.
• In need of update.

“I was looking for a hotel convenient for me and my two young children. This was perfect. It was perfect as it was on the beach and only a couple blocks from the boardwalk. It has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool for those cloudy/rainy times. The free breakfast was also very convenient. We ate in for lunch bringing a few items and utilizing the frig and microwave in the room. While it could use a little updating of its old appearance, it was very clean. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I would go back without hesitation.”

• Elevator door sticks a lot.

“For Ocean City Maryland, this hotel is a good stay for the price especially if you are like us where you just want a very clean room and bathroom. We were in and out a lot. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice. If you are high maintenance individual, go to a high scale hotel. If you want to be economical, be close to the beach, boardwalk, and activities, this is a good place.”

• My son liked the pool and the staff was friendly.
• We found food in the refrigerator and the bathroom walls were near the tub.

• It is affordable. I was skeptical because it was inexpensive but the room is clean and I felt safe.
• Out side noise.

• The staffs were very welcoming and informative.
• It had funky smell in hallways and the sliding glass doors were loud when opened.

“We stayed for sports tournament and it was perfectly cheap and all that we needed.”

• Location wonderful and across from the indoor pool. My six year old appreciated that.
• Need a little TLC.

“The hotel has been around for a while and needs some TLC, but the folks there kept things clean and were quick to replace / fix anything that came up.”

• This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of its way to be helpful and courteous.
• Not as convenient to the boardwalk as I would have liked.

“The hotel accommodations were on par with the price in comparison to other hotels in the surrounding location. The pools were excellent and it was close to most off the beat restaurants. It was not as close to the main boardwalk as I would have liked but I will go there again.”

• I liked the continental breakfast bar and free coffee.
• The elevator was a little dirty.

“My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel, clean, friendly staff and beautiful ocean view, I wish it was a little cheaper to stay there but it was in peak season.”

• It was not too far from the beach.
• The continental breakfast. It consisted of watery juice, muffins and bagels with one old 2 slice toaster that everyone was waiting to use.

“I will never go to this hotel again. It was small, cramped, old and dirty looking. I went to the front desk to request a pillow and a few extra towels, I waited for 10 minutes. When we went to sleep at 11:00 pm. We kept hearing sounds above us like a bowling ball being rolled on wood floors and thumps like they were dropping it. This went on until about 12:00 AM. I called the front desk and she explained that it was the sliding glass doors making that noise. She said she would call tem. A few seconds later, it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. They were stomping and being even louder. It continued for another hour and I called again. This time she was rude to me and said she called them already! I did not pursue it, I was afraid they would see my room parking number in my car and flatten my tires. I did not sleep all night. The room was hot and the air conditioner did not properly work either. Save your money and don't go to this dump!”

• When we arrived it was very clean.
• No maid service after the first night but we did get towels.

“We were in the street side motel. Not terrible but disappointing at first. The room was small but we made it work. Probably would not go there again.”

• I liked that they had a Koi pond as we entered our building.
• I did not like that the Koi Pond had floating trash in it.

• Moved to another room next day which was great!
• First room wasn't nice. To noisy, old and run down.

“I asked for a non-smoking room and didn't get it. The room was old, run down, cigarette burns on the rug, wallpaper was coming off the bathroom walls. We heard doors slamming all night. We moved to their building next door which was 100% better. Staff wasn't very friendly when asked about golf courses nearby. I would not go back to this place.”
