• Pool and hot tub.
• No concierge.

“This hotel was nice and roomy. The kitchenette was a plus. Good location for the price. When walking to the attractions on the boardwalk, you have to walk a mile maybe tiring to walk for some.”

• It was easy to find.
• It is really far from the amusement section of the boardwalk.

“The hotel has an older and a newer section, we were placed in the older section and the room and amenities are well worn. They do not have a business center and cannot print documents for you.”

• Location to beach, balcony, kitchen, staff.
• Pool wasn't ready at opening time, hot tub was a little dirty.

“I enjoyed my stay. They had discount tax to the local amusement park which really helped. It was right on the beach and our room was really nice.”

• It is on the beach.
• The room had mold smell and was very old with broken furniture and the sofa bed was broken, the bathroom was not very clean.

“The hotel is very old and needs a lot of work. I just did not like it at all.”

• I loved the location right on the boardwalk with a great view.
• The indoor pool area could have been a little cleaner but we only used it for a quick dip before leaving.

“I thought the hotel was great. We plan on staying at the same hotel again next year because the location was so wonderful and our room had such a great view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The price is a little expensive but it was well worth it considering the time of year for the nice room and extras.”

“I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and staff was more than helpful when needed. Rooms were clean, would stay there in future.”

“This was an excellent choice as they have two 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. The hotel is also just steps away from the ocean and all other amenities.”

• The kitchenette was very convenient for traveling with children.
• Key cards did not function on several occasions, leaving us stranded in hallway.

“Service was friendly and responsive. Washing machine and dryer were available. Washing detergent provided as extra bonus upon request.”

• The pool and outdoor bar was nice.
• Rooms were old and not very clean.

“The hotel rooms were old and need some repair. However, the staff was friendly and did upgrade me when I complained about how dirty and old looking the room was.”

“We enjoyed the peace and relaxation of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional checking in/out. We especially enjoyed the kitchen in the room.”

“This was a great experience! This hotel was on the boardwalk me and my wife woke up early to watch the sunrise which we never fully saw ever! It was great!”

• They upgraded our room to ocean front/newly renovated for under $20.00.
• Bathrooms were not in service downstairs.

“The hotel is being remodeled. I recommend upgrading your room to a remodeled one. You have to ask to do this. They do not offer. It was a clean, cheap hotel. Perfect for a short stay at the beach. If you have young children, you probably would want to stay closer to 1st street, a long walk for little legs.”

• First room offered was outside of hotel would have to walk with coat to get to pool.

• Hotel was clean; everyone was courteous and responded quickly to our needs.
• Nothing wrong.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. While we were there, several of our friends came to see us and they were shocked at how nice our hotel ours was compared to theirs. The hotel was in a good location on the Boardwalk and provided everything we needed, plus some.”

• Checking out.
• Absolute Filth and black mold in the room.

“This hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Immediately after checking in I started calling around to find another room. As it was after 10pm, there wasn't anything available except a honeymoon suite. The sinks were rusted and dripping, there was spit from the last guest still in the sink, at least I hope it was only spit. There was black mold on the ceiling and walls. The linens were dirty and the carpet was nasty. We asked for a better room and were moved to one that was only slightly more livable. I shook out my shoes before putting them in the morning and a bug fell out. The way to the room was shady at best and I did not feel safe. Also, the elevator area smelled like.”
