• The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. liked the fact that they have breakfast. Liked the kitchenette.
• Wish they would have had hard boiled eggs for breakfast.

• Great bed, friendly staff, convenient location.
• At times, the elevator servicing the 5 floors took a long time.

“My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at this hotel and found it very, very nice. It seemed as if it had been refurbished recently. We had an ocean-front room (5th floor) and the view was absolutely fantastic. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. We will certainly go there again.”

• Perfect location on the boardwalk and our ocean view was awesome!
• Little dated in decor but who cares the view was worth it!

“Loved it! Loved the ocean view room. Loved the boardwalk. Loved the beach. Ate at Crab Alley on the motel staff recommendation and it was fabulous!”

“The hotel was very nice right on the broad walk and beach small indoor pool. The breakfast was good but it was in the lobby not enough seats to sit in so had to bring food up to the room otherwise would stay again.”

• Bathroom could have been a tad cleaner.

• Hotel staff was wonderful.
• Water pressure in shower.

“I forgot my pillow at the hotel. I called down there 2 days later and they had my pillow on the side in the lobby all boxed up and ready to ship back to me. I was impressed. The staff at the hotel, specifically Darren, went out of their way to get me my favorite pillow back. They actually drove it to the post office and mailed it back to me priority. Awesome service at this place. Very recommended!”

• The room was big, and it was in a great location where everything happens on the beach.
• There was only one ice machine in the hotel.

“The staff was great. They were friendly and quick to help if you needed anything, but at the same time, they stayed out of your way if you didn't need anything. The room was surprisingly big, and it was comfortable. The hotel was clean, other than the stairways. It was in a great location on the boardwalk, towards the end with the carnival and the fun restaurants/bars. The continental breakfast was below average, but acceptable. Overall, I loved my stay and I would go back.”

“The room had cigarette butts on the floor, no light bulbs in lamps, and a dingy bathroom with previous guests shampoo. But it had a nice view and wonderful location.”

• It could have been a little cleaner.

“Great room, plenty of space, more than we needed actually. Right on the beach and close to everything that I needed. Room cleanliness was not the greatest. Decent free breakfast.”

• Customer service was excellent.
• Hotel room was very dirty, shower, walls, bed, etc.

“Hotel seemed nice, but the room was very unsanitary. Bathroom had dirt all over the walls. Bed was covered in someone's body hair and many other disgusting things that were brought up to attention to the hotel clerk.”

• It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The hot water took a long time to get hot.

“Overall it was very nice. The location was about perfect right on the beach. The night clerk was very knowledge about the area like restaurants and such.”

• The view of the ocean & being right on the boardwalk was awesome.
• Staff not knowledgeable of what near-by stores/restaurant we open. Non-smoking room smelled smoky. Indoor pool in another bldg-had to go outside.

“We loved the view from our ocean/boardwalk front room. The staff did not seem knowledgeable regarding near-by stores/restaurants were open. We could see a restaurant from our balcony - the staff told us it was open & when we got there we found a sign that said "see you April 18th", we were there March 22. The free breakfast items were not being replaced even though there was still over 1-1/2 hours remaining. Trash can was overflowing. There were 2/3 people behind the front desk & no one working the food area.”

• The front desk staff was rude and not friendly or helpful.

“It could be cleaner the fridge was very dirty and the sheets on arrival were much too small for the bed and would not stay in place. After I talked with the housekeeper she changed them and after that they were fine. The front desk staff was not at all friendly or helpful there was a lack of hot water on several occasions In order to get hot water it required several calls to the desk. HBO was not working for three days after numerous call s to the desk someone finally said we will call about it.”
