• everything worked well, clean, responsive staff
• some difficulty entering and exiting on to highway

“The hotel staff was quick to respond to all needs. Love the pillows provided and the energy reduction practices. Good breakfast with fruit, cereal and waffles provided. Room was clean and smelled fresh even though it was a smoking room. Large bathroom. Wish we had a couch in room.”

• Convenient location, friendly staff, very nice continental breakfast room.
• Although we had non-smoking room, there was still a cigarette smell (not in room).

“Convenient to Rehoboth beach and the outlet stores. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom very clean. Room for continental breakfast was large, clean and equipped nicely.”

• It was conveniently located.
• It was not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke.

“When we checked in, the desk clerk told us that Comfort Inn has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that we should let them know if anything was not up to expectation. The room was worn and shabby looking and smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and asked if we could move to a non-smoking room.”

• Very friendly staff.
• One of our bed comforters was a little dirty.

“It was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was very good - especially the make-your-own waffles! They roomed us on the first floor which was excellent because of our 3 children. The hotel was very quiet at night, and there were lots of other families there. The parking was excellent, and the pool was great, too.”

• I return each year to this hotel because I can expect friendly service & excellent accommodations at a reasonable price.
• The room had a slightly musty odor this year. Maybe the air-conditioning.

“Every year we always return to the Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach because we know we can always count on the staff being courteous & helpful, and having rooms that are clean & comfortable. My son always looks forward to making his own waffles at the continental breakfast. With only a short drive to the beach, it's also a terrific value. Nice pool, too!”

• Friendly and accomodating staff, cleanliness, comfort.
• Nothing.

“We were in town for a funeral and needed lodging near our family. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel, which is of the utmost importance to us. Also, the staff called after our check in to see if everything was satisfactory. No one has ever done that before. We were also given a late check out with no fuss. I will recommend this hotel again.”

• Clean and affordable; near many restaurants and shoppers.
• Pool was outdoor and cold, but it was only mid May; Sunday breakfast had a long line.

• Parking was limited in front, had to park in rear most nights.

• Not very unique and decorated sort of plain.

“This hotel is good for travelers looking for a clean place. We found the room to be very tidy and the staff to be very friendly. It's location in Rehoboth is best for travelers who are looking to shop at the outlet centers, since it is located very close to them. It is also located near many family style restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Spacious, clean, friendly.
• No indoor pool.

“Room was large, clean and well organized. Great for family vacations as kids have room to move. Staff was friendly, hotel itself was quiet. No complaints and a great bargain for the price we paid.”

• We loved the large bathroom.
• The pillows were way too soft; toilet tissue too thin, wouldn't tear evenly from roll.

“Travel frequently. Haven't stayed at Comfort Inn for several years. We were very impressed with the hotel and have decided to check into Comfort Inns when traveling, before making reservations elsewhere.”

• Very large rooms and free breakfast.
• Hallways smelled of smoke and cleaning service was only fair.

“Several things make this a good hotel for traveling with kids: huge room, fridge in room, free breakfast, close to 2 mini-golf places. The location is not great - you are a few miles out of town on a major highway. But you can be at the beach in Rehoboth in 15 minutes. The front desk staff was mixed - some very nice, some not so helpful. The breakfast was adequate, and there is a Starbucks and a decent Mexican takeout in the shopping center next door. The cleaning service was not very thorough, though generally the room was clean and comfortable. They didn't vacuum while we were there, and had to be asked to clean the bathroom floor - which they did. For a sandy, kid-focused, couple of days at the beach, this was a fine place to stay.”

• The hotel was very clean; the rooms were furnished very nicely.
• I have no comments. I liked everything.

“The hotel met all of my expectations. All around the hotel are many fine restaurants and shopping galore, tax-free! The beach was a short 15 minute drive away. I would be likely to return on a future visit.”

• The location was pretty good not to far from the attractions.
• We had a smokers room, but it smelled terrible. I didn't need to smoke after I walked in the room. I could get a dose of nicotine just by breathing.

“Everything was nice. I didn't like that check in was at 4pm. It should have been at least 1 or 2. We paid for a full day for Friday and couldn't check in until 4pm. We had a smokers room, but it smelled like nothing but SMOKE! We had to call room service to get some odor away spray. The staff was really nice though. Everyone there was really pleasant to deal with. It was a great location right beside the shops, restaurants and the beach.”

• Good value; for half the price of a "luxury" hotel, it had everything except for a view of the beach; clean, friendly, convenient.
