  • Great location and excellent staff!

“We were very pleased with this Priceline selection. It was an excellent location and the overall visit was a great experience.”

  • Nice size rooms, high quality beds and sheets, and nice desk.
  • Nothing.

“Very friendly front desk. Nice views of the water. Short $8 cab ride to Reading Terminal Market.”

  • Nothing.
  • From the time I drove up to the hotel the attendants outside rushed me out of my car told me to back up the car, that I nearly had an accident.

“From the time I arrived at the hotel I was rushed out of my car before I even had chance to pull the car to the side. When I checked in the hotel the reception were very unfriendly and when I asked what room and bed I was getting they said that, they could not give me specifics or details on the room size or bed. I arrived at approximately 7 PM, was tired and hungry from a six hour drive and when I went into the restaurant the waiters were extremely unfriendly so I left the dining room and went to find a restaurant outside of the hotel. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again.”

  • Nice location.
  • Unresponsive staff, placed us in a handicap room without asking.

“Hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly. However, we were placed in a handicap room without asking us about it and the staff did not deliver personal items to the room as requested.”

  • I like the hotel was far from main downtown, but walking distance from historic areas.
  • It was the closest hotel to Camden, NJ...the most dangerous city in America!

“The hotel was perfect if you wanted to travel with a spouse for a nice romantic trip. Clean rooms, helpful staff (checked in at midnight to a very cheerful employee), good location. The gym was nice, but if the weather allows, I would recommend a short run or walk along Penn's Landing. It provided a calm scenery to a busy city.”

  • The bed was very nice, spacious bathroom.
  • It lacked cleanliness and seemed run down.

“The telephone and remote control were absolutely filthy. The bathtub looked dirty. The stationary was used. Overall the cleanliness reflected a lack of detail. The room service menu left a lot to be desired. The staff was very nice. Room service delivery was very speedy.”

  • The view, the bed (EXCELLENT), big bathroom, quiet A/C
  • would have liked signage to Rte 95 (N&S)at hotel garage exit

“The staff, from front desk to concierge to housekeeping were knowledgeable and friendly. The bed was wonderful - the BEST night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The bathroom was clean, clean, clean (I used to manage a hotel - I know what that takes. Our view - despite not being "right on the water" was great - city plus bridges and water. Finally, the aethetics were wonderful - beautiful colors in the room. Overall a great experience.”

  • The room was beautifully decorated, the bed quite comfortable.
  • The breakfast was overpriced and the servers inattentive.

“I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location (near to Old City).”

  • Wonderful view, and great location.
  • Pricy parking.

“The hotel originally put us near an elevator, but then upgraded us to a great room with big picture windows that overlooked the city. Wow! It is easy to walk from the hotel to sights. The pool is shallow, but has a great view.”

  • The view was great. The proximity to down town was also nice.
  • Parking and getting to your room involves 3 elevator trips. Had to cross major roads to get to Historic area. AC was luke warm at best.

“Over all a pleasant experience. Pool was great, staff was friendly. Location was OK. View was great. Breakfast was not good and expensive. Bar was pleasant. AC was not working property and was not fixed.”

  • The bed was comfortable and had adequate pillows.
  • Was not maintained, rust and mold in bathroom,
A/C did not work. There was and extra costs of parking, not listed.

“I think you should make hotels list if they are going to hit a customer with extra charges, such as parking for 25 dollars a day.”

  • Decor and linens were very pleasing to the eye and skin.
  • Location was a little out of the way and parking was 21 dollars!

“Over priced parking, and lot was quite far from room, had to walk and take two elevators. But room was very nice, pool was huge. Staff was very nice.”

  • Location!
  • Restaurant prices were high!

“The hotel was great! The restaurant in the Hotel was expensive, so if you want a late night snack or you have children with you, go somewhere else if not, the hot wings, nachos, and cheese steak sandwich was yummy!”

  • Nothing.

“Had awesome Crab Cake Benedict for breakfast. Would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat again!.”

  • Excellent location by old city and the concierge was the best.
  • The pub portion of the restaurant had poor selection and wasn't very good.

“We were extremely pleased with our entire experience. The concierge could not have been more helpful and was very accurate with his information. The room was very clean and comfortable.”
