“Easy to access from highway, on waterfront. Quality furnishings and bed Hyatt is known for. TV remote not working properly, we called and someone was 'coming right up'. No one came for an hour, we finally left to go out to eat. Otherwise exceptional quality room and service I have come to expect from Hyatt.”

“ It is a great location but it is definitely not a 4-star. I've stayed at 3 star hotels that were definitely better and they provided 4-6 drinking glasses as well as 4 towels per room. Also, our fridge did not work in our room. Would not go out of my way to stay here given the number of hotels in this area. Parking cost $29.00 + $5.80 parking fee on top of that! ”

“ This hotel was very nice. We had a corner room with a view across the river into New Jersey and also looking down the river. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was very nice and relaxing after the ride down. ”

“We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and appreciated being able to purchase light breakfast foods without having to sit down at the restaurant or order room service.”

“Had a good stay and even better experience with the staff. The parking was expensive however on location. The smoking floor included a crack in our sink, a dirty bathtub, and not working ice or vending machines, however.”

“It met my expectations and beyond. This was my second experience and I have been totally satisfied with both stays. Use Priceline.”

“This is an attractive, modern and comfortable hotel located on the Eastern side of Center City Philadelphia. The staff is friendly and
helpful. The rooms are beautifully yet simplistically appointed.”

“Great hotel, especially for the price. Within walking distance to the old city and plenty of dining and shopping options. Perfect for us, a 20-something couple looking to get a great clean room at a good rate.”

“The manager gave me such trouble about accomodating my request to have a later check-out. The front desk staff was not very friendly either.”

“My first impression of the lobby and entrance was that it was attractive but smelled of cigarette smoke. Checking in was so slow and the agent tried very hard to downgrade my reservation to a smoking room or 1/2 a suite with a roll-away bed (which was not present, in fact). I went right back down and spoke to another agent, who honored my reservation without a fight. Hold your ground.”

“From the time I arrived at the hotel I was rushed out of my car before I even had chance to pull the car to the side. When I checked in the hotel the reception were very unfriendly and when I asked what room and bed I was getting they said that, they could not give me specifics or details on the room size or bed. I arrived at approximately 7 PM, was tired and hungry from a six hour drive and when I went into the restaurant the waiters were extremely unfriendly so I left the dining room and went to find a restaurant outside of the hotel. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again.”

“Hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly. However, we were placed in a handicap room without asking us about it and the staff did not deliver personal items to the room as requested.”

“The hotel was perfect if you wanted to travel with a spouse for a nice romantic trip. Clean rooms, helpful staff (checked in at midnight to a very cheerful employee), good location. The gym was nice, but if the weather allows, I would recommend a short run or walk along Penn's Landing. It provided a calm scenery to a busy city.”
