• Nice set of amenities.
• Heating system was a bit noisy and drafty.

“Superb features and amenities including sofa, coffee table, desk, two (2) flat panel TVs with all cable channels, large firm bed, plenty of firm pillows, endless hot water, plenty of towels, microwave and mini-fridge, ironing board/iron. Very efficient and polite front desk staff!”

• Two TVs with nice couch area for drinking coffee, great soaps/bathroom goods.
• The mattress was way too soft.

“Great hotel. Have stayed before and would go back again. Nice lobby. Super convenient and close to morning breakfast spots in the city (Reading Terminal Market especially). Easy parking. Easy driving or public transportation access. Nice clean rooms with TVs couch and soft bed(s).”

“Great stay! Friendly staff who upgraded us at no extra cost to a junior suite. The room had two HD TV's in the room. Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located next to the Market East Train Station.”

• Parking was not included for guests, as similar hotels do.

“The beds and room were nice and clean. All toiletries needed are in the room. Very limited number of TV channels, did not give you too many options.”

• The best aspect of this hotel was its location.
• The parking was quite expensive.

“This hotel has attractive rooms, comfortable beds and a welcoming lobby. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the downtown sights, across the street from the exciting Reading Market, two blocks from Chinatown and not far from the historic district. An excellent hotel, particularly for the priceline price we paid.”

• The bed was
  comfy.
• The bathroom needs to be upgraded.

“The staff were excellent, very accommodating. I let them know it was my anniversary with my husband and they gave us free breakfast which was very nice of them. The beds, OMG were so comfortable, I wanted to take it home.. The room was very nice.. The breakfast buffet was very good.. I wish the parking wasn't so expensive. $26!! All in all I would go back and recommend this to anyone!”

• Location to attractions; large room.
• Price of parking.

“ The hotel was attractive and clean, the staff was friendly. The room was large and comfortable and quiet. The only drawback was the parking cost which was 26.25 overnight. ”

“The location of this hotel is terrible. It is in the worst part of center city and far from Penn where I had a reunion. I felt like I was conned into staying in this hotel.”

• The mattress was extremely comfortable.
• People talking in next room could be heard clearly through connecting door.

“2.5star hotel in heart of center city. Great for business travelers, with friendly helpful staff. Parking is expensive and no discount is available for hotel guests. Room is adequately funished - the mattresses are new and extremely comfortable. Noise is a problem from room to room.”
