• Great and reasonable room service, excellent location.
• Pool was small for size of hotel.

“Clean, updated rooms, comfy beds, great kids menu for room service. Pool is more of a spa/lap-pool. But wasn't crowded, so my 10-year-old and 13-year-old enjoyed it.”

• Comfortable bed, clean room, good location, quick check in.
• Valet parking was full. We had to park at an off-site garage which was very inconvenient and surprising for a 4-start hotel.

“We booked this on priceline and felt we got a great deal. We were not at the hotel very long, so we did not use many of the facilities. But, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had very good lighting. The only negative was the noise. We were near an elevator and there were noisy guests coming and going until after 3am. I went to bed at 1am, but was still woken up several times. I guess the walls should be a little thicker! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.”

• Ability to control temperature in bathroom.
• Bath tub caulk ready to be replaced, no recycle bins in room.

“Hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean bright room and bathroom with lots of natural light. Ability to control temperature for room and bathroom. Loved having a corner room with an amazing view of City Hall.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Awful smell outside entrance.

“The location of the hotel is rather seedy at night and there is a rowdy crowd in the bar spilling over into the elevator hallway next to the lobby. I did not feel entirely safe since people could enter the elevators easily from the street. There is chaos at the front desk and parking at check out time. There is an awful smell just outside one of the doors from stagnant pool of water accumulated in the street.”

• The chocolate chip cookies.
• Almost everything else.

“It was horrible. On Friday, they never came to clean our room, despite four phone calls to housekeeping and one visit to the front desk. On Saturday night, they skipped our room service order and had to come back to our room four times before finally getting it right.”

• Great service, great atmosphere, beautiful rooms. It made my trip complete.

“I had a great time at the Loews hotel. We had an event to go to that started early and would have caused us to not be able to check after 3pm. We we got there early, they already had a room ready for us. We were able to go see our room and settle in before we went to our event and it was a great room to come back to at the end of the night. I can't wait to come back again!”

• Convenient location in the heart of Downtown Philly.
• Although we were able to get a great hotel rate, parking was an unanticipated $38/per day.

“Loews Philadelphia is located in the heart of downtown Philly and convenient to most major attractions. The accommodations were fine, but the room felt small and offered no views. The staff was very friendly.”

  amazing staff.
• Cleanliness and seemed a little outdated.

“Generally it is a very good hotel clean, but I am not sure if I'd stay there again. It didn't seem all that clean. Rooms could have been vacuumed more and bathroom could had to be scrubbed because there was definitely some build up on the tile and some mold growing in corners. What mad this stay a very good experience was the staff. They were polite and very friendly. Parking was kind of
expensive I think but what can you do.”

• Located in center of downtown.

“Hotel and rooms are contemporary decor and updated, big screen TV's, staff is exceptional, taxis are easily accessible. No need to valet - just find parking on street a short walk distance. Can't beat location which is a 5 min walk to State Capitol. Really loved this hotel!”

• Great location/the heart of downtown/awesome amenities.
• Parking Charges.

“Despite the steep fee for parking, this hotel is a luxury in the heart of Philadelphia. The staffs are very personable/friendly. The room is spacious and beds are lovely/spacious. The view of the city was spectacular.”
