• Location.
• Bathtub dirty, wallpaper coming down in bathroom, toilet broke.

“The hotel seems as if they are in construction. One of the automatic doors was out of service. The handicapped room need immediate attention. It took 6-8 times for the toilet to completely flush. The tub was dirty and the wallpaper in the restroom was peeled off in spots. The back of the main door into the hotel room had been stained and top coat removed in areas. Not happy with the restroom here.”

• The staff was friendly.

  no alcohol on site.

“This facility was not exactly at the airport, room was not that clean, toilet was disgusting and didn't work right. They do not serve alcohol on site but didn't find that out until I ordered. I left. Location is next to a race track and had some questionable folks in the parking lot/area.”

• Location was very convenient to airport and access to downtown Philadelphia.
• Although the dining/bar area was nice I felt a little ripped off by the service.

• Location, if you're there for game/concert, shuttle service was great.
• Noisy hallways, trash removal, non working ice machine on my floor.

“Secured great price for room via Priceline which compensated for the negatives. Foul odors from the AC - heating unit in room. Housekeeper did not speak or understand English, clean towels left but pillows from bed put on the floor while making the bed. Carpet in room was tacky and smelled of rancid beer, not all lamps worked. Ice machine not working on 4th floor. To obtain ice, travel to even numbered floors, then travel to odd numbered floors for beverages. Recommend just hauling your own into the room. No alternative dining within walking distance other than the restaurant in hotel which was over priced, night life in restaurant was beyond my tolerance with Techno beat Music so loud I had to hand signal my companion to leave. Ordered food in from J&J Restaurant (found info in room folder). Food was great but cleaning staff did not remove the trash from it the next day. Bathroom was clean however, bed was comfy and well worth the Priceline fee. Would use again but demand a cleaner smelling room.”

• I liked the whole hotel experience overall.
• The morning hours were rather noisy.

“The hotel was beautiful and clean. The restaurant had excellent food and friendly service. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. We had to call for towels to be brought because none had been left but they were brought quite promptly. The stay was enjoyable except the in the morning hours when cleaning crew were going from room to room they were rather noisy slamming doors and yelling to each other up the hall.”

• Bed was comfortable; shower pressure excellent; clean, nonsmoking room.
• Charged for parking.

“I stayed in two hotels, but my rating is for Sheraton, Four Points in Philadelphia. It was a good location for easy access to the airport, and I appreciated the airport shuttle.”

• The staff were very friendly and helpful.
• The rooms were attractive and well-appointed, bu the lobby and common areas need an update.

“I thought the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. My room was nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby and public areas need some updating in terms of the decor: more attractive lighting, paint, and furniture. The location is great if you're traveling along Route 95 or attending a game or concert in the sports arena complex. It's not really convenient to the center of the city or to many Phila attractions, but that wasn't my purpose for staying there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers on Rte. 95 and people attending concerts and games.”

• Rooms were very nice and clean.
• No van service from airport. It cost $22 to take a cab.

“Great staff and very nice rooms. The lobby left a little to be desired and that lack of airport shuttle service left me $22 lighter.”

• The staff was excellent. Anytime I had a problem they were there to help.
• The first room I was put in, was really bad. I spoke to the lobby and they changed my room immediately. The new room was amazing!

“They were renovating when I got there. The first room I was in was really bad. When I asked them to change it, they did it right away. The new room was amazing and if renovations are going to make every room like the one I stayed in, I would upgrade this hotel to a 3.5 star hotel.”

• It was conveniently located.
• The bed was broken in our first and second rooms.

“The lobby is very welcoming, but we should have stayed in the lobby. The first room we had had a broken bed, the box spring was cracked in half. We asked for a new room and were giving one right across the hall. It also had a broken box spring and smell horrible. We use our access to both rooms to mix and match beds until we had an ok smelling room with two un-broken beds. The management in the morning did comp us a meal in a very nice crab house next door.”
