“No free wireless, no free parking, they gave us handicapp access room (even though we are not hapicapped) the TV was old and signal was bad.”

“Great hotel the rooms were really bright and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly we had a few drinks at the lobby bar, it was very comfortable. We just really enjoyed this hotel and what an amazing value. Remember to park across the street.”

“Great location. Air conditioning was not working. We had to call the front desk 4 times before it finally worked properly. Problem with thermostats not communicating with in-room A/C units. Everything else was fine.”

“I surprised my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary. A trip to Philly for 2 days, a massage and dinner at Le Bec Fin. This hotel ruined the entire stay. The elevators were not working correctly, lights were broken in the room, A/C was broken and took 8 hours to send someone up after we called, bed messy and dirty, someone else's body hair in towels, poor customer service, room service always went through to voice mail. This place was so horrible, we left with one day left to stay.”

“The Concierge was very helpful in giving me directions to a local tourist attraction. The bell hop was on the ball and got me a taxi right away. City hotels were all pretty much the same.”

“I won't go back. They claimed I did not have a reservation and I then had to go to a location to print my original receipt to prove I had a room reserved. The hotel offered no explanation as to why they did not have my room. This while trying to balance twin boys.”

“Overall, the hotel served its purpose. We took a family trip to Philly and were able to easily access the areas we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issues we had with the hotel are all around aesthetics. Fingerprints all over the doors as soon as you enter the hotel are a poor first impression. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. Even though it appears that the hotel has probably undergone renovations recently (granite/marble bathrooms, the decor is not outdated), the rooms are showing signs of age (e.g.; wallpaper seams are starting to wear). This is not the first time we've stayed at this hotel, but it appears that certain standards have fallen.”

“This hotel has a very friendly front desk and guest relations staff. The restaurants are very upscale and the room accomodates the business traveler. I like the roominess of the parking garage as most Philadelphia based hotels have very cramped and poorly lit parking (which raises security concerns). I will come back to this hotel for this high valued price again and again.”
