• Great location in Downtown Philadelphia.
• No free parking.

• Nice bar area.
• Room had not been dusted in months.

“Great location. However, there was a tattoo convention going on and in our original room we were smelling lots of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk and they had no problems moving us at all! Both rooms had not been dusted in what seemed like months. My son was easily able to draw his name in the headboard of his bed in the dust. Bathrooms were both dusty especially on top of the toilet tank lid. Parking was also a little high at $30.00 for the night.”

• The parking was far too expensive.

“Great hotel with a nice bar, killer location, and nice rooms. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The price was just right, but parking was far too expensive.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms.
• The location is not ideal.

“Its not ideal and there were a number of boarded up shops enrooted. But the parking is safe and there were quite a few cars at 10pm on the street. It was not as bad as we perhaps imagined it. The staff was friendly and room was comfortable.”

• Staff was very helpful.
• Parking garage was expensive.

“Everyone at the concierge desk was so helpful--really made our trip easier and more enjoyable. The location was great--we did take a cab to get to the Independence Hall area (under $10) but everything else we did we were able to walk or use the Subway.”

• Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
• The room did not feel like it was cleaned thoroughly or consistently.

“Location was convenient for Center City and Art Museum area of Philadelphia. The hotel entrance seemed awkward and not walker friendly so I kept using the side door. The staff was very friendly, however the maid service was inconsistent day to day. I expected more from Sheraton.”

• Easy access to downtown, clean.
• No clock in pool area, limited TV channels, not flat screen TV.

“Definitely expensive to charge me extra $25 for parking. Would suggest travelers to check around near by parking facilities in town.”

• Beautiful, spacious room, very clean.
• The air conditioner. Fan blows directly on the bed and doors closing in the hall make a very loud noise that kept me up all night.

“Nice hotel with very comfortable bed, spacious room, good location if you're going to the convention center or the art museum. Busy, with lots of convention groups. Fitness center was pretty nice, pool very warm.”

• A very good quality for a three star hotel.
• Nothing.

“It is a very good quality hotel for a three star hotel. The bedroom is clean and the bed quality is fabulous! Soft and comfortable. They have the basic necessity available, like a hair dryer, etc. There's quite a good view from the window. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Plus there is a free wireless internet access in the lobby!”

• No Valet Parking.

• The decor of the room. Dark pin stripes. Very masculine and neat.
• The shower was bizarre / no bathtub.

“Though the room was small and the bed only a queen the appointment of the room and comfortable bed more than made up the difference. I would stay there again without hesitation. The shower (no tub) was wheelchair accessible which those who require such probably appreciate, I wished there was a bath.”

• Beautiful lobby, excellent location.
• Exorbitantly expensive parking at $30 per day.

“Excellent access to I-95 and 676. Some views up the Ben Franklin Parkway. Great center city location. Beautiful lobby/public spaces. Very inviting room. Convenient but very expensive parking ($30 per day).”

• Close to lots of things to do museums, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
• I was only there for one night. But didn't notice anything wrong.

“Very nice clean place to stay. Our room was very clean, nice comforter and plenty of space. Very close to everything.”

• Loved the layout. Great seafood restaurant in the hotel. And loved the color layout on my floor.
• The front desk staff could have been a little friendlier.

“I loved it. Although the parking fee was a little high the garage was efficient and easy to access. I hardly have anything bad to say about my stay.”

• The lobby needs to be spruced up, very boring, no flowers, kind of blah.

• The hotel was inviting from the front door to the rooms.
• We had to wait and/or find someone from valet parking when we were ready for our car.

“My overall experience was very good at this hotel. The rooms were clean, inviting, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pretzels offered were a nice touch.”

• It was near the center of town, very nice linens, clean, nice rooms, quality and semi-upscale.
• Had to take a taxi to the historic sites and center of town.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Had to take taxis to the historic places which cost $7 each way. Parking was $30 expected in a city, movie rentals high at $12.99 in room. Room was very nice, quality linens, nice towels, clean nice bathroom, had a high room with a very nice view of the city. I would stay in this hotel again. Staff friendly and answered any questions, room service fast.”
