• Small well decorated boutique rooms and very cozy.
• Small elevators.

“We found this 99 year old hotel to be very charming and very well located in terms of historic Philadelphia. The hotel is very close to almost any type of dining even though it doesn't have a restaurant of it's own. We stayed on the twelfth floor and it was very quiet. The exercise room had equipment out of service and the printer in the business center was in need of maintenance. Other than that everything in our room worked well and we would definitely stay there again. It's perfect if you're not into newer hotel rooms that all look the same.”

• The king size bed is extra comfortable.
• The rooms are just a little too small.
