• Conveniently located and comfortable large room.
• Breakfast choices are limited.

“Room is excellent and large enough and clean. No elevator for 2nd floors so if you have a heavy luggage, it may be a problem.”

• I got a of bug bites from the room.

“The entire experience would have been excellent, but I was highly disappointed with the amount of bug bites my boyfriend and I got from the room. Very disappointing.”

• Full kitchen, breakfast, evening snacks.
• Exterior entries.

“Located next to a park n fly, this is a 2 story hotel with all rooms having exterior entry-ways. Although our studio suite did not have a separate bedroom, we had plenty of room in our suite. Full kitchen, great work area, sofa and arm-chair. 2 huge windows in the room. M-F there is a managers reception in the gate house, which included beer! Breakfast was bountiful. Front desk helpful. Being very close to the airport, also means you're very close to the highway. Driving into Philly is not for the squeamish-it is very confusing. Take public transportation if you can.”

• Full Breakfast Bar. Small kitchen in room.
• Difficulty finding where to check in; parking, rooms and bathrooms on the small side.

“Great place to stay. Full breakfast bar (healthy choices). The bedding was wonderfully luxurious.”

• Good location and comfortable accommodations. Good parking.

• Close to airport with convenient shuttle service.
• You have to walk around outside between the lobby and the room (although for extended stays, that is probably a good thing).

• Customer service was very good. I just thought all the folks I ran into were friendly, from the shuttle service to the departure at the front desk!
• Outside access but I knew it going in.

“I thought the friendliness was the determining factor of my going back to visit that hotel again if I was looking in this area. Security was present at all times.”

• Breakfast was mediocre. Not fresh.

• Spacious room with amenities like fridge, microwave, etc., comfortable bed/pillows.
• Nothing! The bacon could have been crisper? Coffee cups larger?

“The Residence Inn Philadelphia Airport offers spacious efficiency style rooms in a community-like setting with plenty of free parking. An added plus are the amenities like refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The bedding was comfortable and pillows the best! The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious.”

• Full kitchen with supplies. "Market" in the lobby. Close to the airport.
• Shuttle to airport did not run 24 hours.

“I had never stayed in a residence inn, but was happy to find a full kitchen in the unit. I felt like I was staying in a one bedroom apartment. The lobby had a "market" where guests could buy food which could be prepared in the unit. The hotel staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle did not run 24 hours so we had to sneak over to the neighboring hotel to catch a shuttle to the airport in time to catch our 5:30am flight.”

• I was surprised of all the amenities which were included with the room.
• The hotel was wedged between other businesses and hotels.

“I was impressed by there amount and level of amenities included with the room; kitchen, closet space and bathroom. The "continental breakfast" was closer to a full scale breakfast.”

• Waited for airport pickup too long 1/2 hour.

“It was better than the last time (about 1 year ago), but not great. Last time a rodent carried some crackers off in the middle of the night. Not good.”

• The hotel was clean, comfortable, wonderful beds & pillows and the staff excellent!
• It was hard to find.

“This was a great hotel! I got lost trying to find it and the lady who was on duty that night was awesome! She stuck with me and helped me find my way and then on to the hotel. The next morning, again the staff was helpful in directions, breakfast, and just generally friendly. The room was comfortable, the bed was awesome, and I loved the pillows! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They would be well taken care of.”

• I loved the rooms. They were clean, large, and like being in a full service apartment!
• I wish breakfast started at 5:00 AM instead of 6:00AM because I had to leave for the airport at 5:30AM.

“This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. The van picked me up at the airport promptly. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Offering breakfast and happy hour was awesome though I did not get a chance to be there for it.”

• One of the staff members was very friendly. She gave lot of information about city and gave few information papers.
• Old rooms and room facilities. Long distance (within USA after 9 PM) telephone charges were outrageous.

“I stayed for one night at this hotel. One of the staff members gave us very good information and information papers which helped me a lot. I made 45 seconds call to Jersey city and this hotel charged me "whopping" $7+ and for another call which lasted probably 5 minutes, they charged me $12! The hotel/telephone instructions say long distance charges and hotel staff told me that this is as per telephone service provider's charges. I definitely think this "long distance charge" was outrageous.”

• Staff were very courteous and friendly. Room was really nice as was the pool and workout room. Very generous breakfast also.
• My flight arrived at 1 AM and their shuttle stopped at midnight. I think if it's an airport location the shuttle should still run.

“I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was spotless. There is a nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi which I enjoyed with my sister and her daughter.”
