• Patch jobs were showing thru the walls and the shower stopped up. We had tp pay 10.00 twice for music channel for an hour.

“No asprin or tailor on premisis. Laundry only done during the week.”

“This hotel is excellent if you are flying into Philadelphia, will be only in the airport area, and do not expect the staff to assist you in any way. The beds are excellent and the rooms are clean.”

• Very comfortable beds and flat screen TV.

“The room was very nice, nice bedding, comfortable pillows & mattress, flat screen TV, water stayed hot in the shower, there was a little coffee maker. The air/heating unit was loud. Overall I would say not bad but not outstanding.”

• Everything imaginable is right there in the hotel!
• 42.00 per night to park. for 21 days. I won't be back.

• I liked the restaurant area.
• I think the room was a little small.

“I liked the hotel itself, but the receptionist wasn't willing to accommodate me because I am a smoker, I didn't know that I had a non smoking room. I also felt the room was kinda small. Although clean a little small.”

• Clean, quiet room and comfortable room.

“I love staying here. The van is easily accessable- and staff is friendly, quick check in. Nice, relaxing hotel to rest in after coming in from a long flt. from Europe! Thankyou!”

• Excellent price and location to airport
• Heater was too loud at night

“Rooms were spotless and well appointed with large LCD tvs. Although it is very close to the airport, the rooms are well insulated and there was no noise from the airport heard in the rooms. Excellent airport location and convenient shuttle runs every 20 mins.”

• Great Location, near interstates, airport and my destination. Clean, quite and efficient staff.
• Lobby lacked an area of focus, was too large, odd shaped and cold.

“I found this hotel to be very coveniently located. The room was clean, well appointed and smelled fresh when I entered. I also enjoyed the fact that it was quite despite it's proximity to major interstates.”

  easy access.
• Bed could be higher as to accommodate wheelchair lift.

• The beds were very comfortable and the airport shuttle was readily available.
• There was not a concierge or anyone to help with taxi or excursions.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice size room. They had large a flat screen television in the room which was a nice plus. They were unwilling to call a taxi for us which I thought was really inappropriate for a hotel. Also there was not a concierge for excursion planning which I absolutely would have expected from a Hilton Hotel. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy. The restaurant food was average and high priced. There were no other restaurants with in walking distance to the hotel so you are stuck for dining.”

• The room
  had a heating/cooling system that was very loud. When it turned on/off throughout the night it woke me up causing a lack of slee.

“The hotel was convenient to the airport. However, I found the bed to be fairly uncomfortable, the tub wouldn't drain during my shower and almost overflowed, and the air condition was extremely loud when it came on disturbing my sleep throughout the night.”

• The gym was small, but nice.
• Window (looking outside) was dirty, room service tray left in hallway for many hours.
