• I liked the tea brew machine.
• Housekeeping and necessary items not provided.

“Overall the experience was fair. There was no one big thing that made it an awful stay, however there were several smaller things that did not make very enjoyable. One major flaw was that I was awakened every morning at 6 AM because the person in the room next to mine decided to take a shower and somehow either the pipes ran over my bed or the bathroom walls are too thin. Either way the noise was very loud and disturbing. Also, housekeeping did a poor job at cleaning the room and they never provided me with clean glasses for water. They only wiped the glasses and left smudges on them but never provided new ones. Also the rooms have no safe, refrigerator nor microwave. Internet is only provided via hard wire and it is extremely slow. No wireless access in the room at all. Also the pool was not kept in that it is in need of resurfacing. The breakfast was overpriced and did not taste too good. Overall it is not ideal for a business traveler in my opinion who may stay for an extended period of time.”

• The dining room was not available during the check-in time and I was starving.

“This hotel looks a little older in its structure, but the room was very nice. The bedding was beautiful and very comfortable.”

• The floors felt very scummy.

“Good hotel for the price, would stay there again next year. My only complaint was the floors seemed kind of nasty, like there was a film on the floor that wasn't completely cleaned up. However, on the plus side, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a good stay.”

• It was convenient for our intended purposes.
• Access to and from the hotel and the major interstate is in-direct but manageable. Must read signage carefully.

“The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accustomed to dealing with the traveling public. We stayed for 3 nights, but it appears most stays at this hotel are single night stays associated with the proximity to the Airport; frequented by business travelers and airline flight crews.”

• There were not friendly and didn't try to resolve the issue in the good manner.

“The rooms were rusty and spider web was hanging from the ceiling, they didn't clean rooms because I have seen hair on the floor after we came back from outside, staff was not trying anyway to help like.”

• Clean, comfortable, deluxe facilities.
• We had to keep asking for the 4th bath towel each morning.

“This was the best hotel we stayed at on this trip through the northeastern states and Canada. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean - very important to me. One thing I didn't like in the bathroom was that the toilet paper roll kept falling off the holder because there was no rod to hold it between the 2 sides. Also, the hotel staff knew there were 4 members in our party when we checked in (2 adults and 2 kids). The cleaning staff had left only 3 towels for us, so we had to ask for a 4th one the first morning. But then we had to ask for the 4th towel each morning of our 3 night stay. In the early morning hours, the AC units above us dripped water onto our window, making loud plopping sounds. It woke me up and kept me awake.”

• The Hilton was awesome. The lobby was well air-conditioned and my room was very romantic and well taken care of.
• I did not like the fact that the smoking area was right outside the lobby door. It was unattractive and not welcoming to some people who did not smoke.

“I loved my stay. I will stay at this particular Hilton and will definitely recommend it to any and all my friends and business associates.”

• Shuttle to airport was timely and friendly.
• The only restaurant open was way over priced. $70 for 2 salads a burger and a kids meal!

“Would not recommend this hotel. Water was dripping from ceiling in lobby due to a rain storm. My daughter slipped on the wet floor. Nothing was done, restaurant was over priced. Foyer smelled like a sewer backed up. Lost a cell phone charger. Staff did not bother to check room after several phone calls to Management. When we arrived back 5 days later, we found it still in the room.”

• Short handed on staff.

“Not the nicest Hilton I have stayed at. They didn't even give out newspapers. The room did have a flat screen TV. The AC made constant noise (in room unit). Every time I went to the front desk (check in, check out, store baggage, get shuttle to airport) there was only one person working and they had to handle all the duties. Other than the maid and the shuttle driver, I didn't see any other employees. Check out was at noon and they did provide an airport shuttle every 20 minutes.”

• Shuttle driver Sat night at midnight made a stop to let me get on not in the pickup area, as I was walking to it, otherwise I would have had to stand.
• Large group of noisy kids roaming hallways & elevators at 1 am.
