• Attrctive room and very comfortable bed.
• The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was tepid.

• Room was clean and roomy.
• The power went out late that night, and still did not come back up the next morning.

“I had a room with one king sized bed, but was surprised that there was a big living room area as well, with a hallway leading to the bedroom. The staff was nice, seemed helpful, even though the power went out late that night and didn't come back before we left the next morning. The location was conveniently close to the airport.”

• Suites are excellent for families of 4.
• Lighting in common areas a bit dim, but we arrived at night, and with skylights, it may be better during the day.

“2nd stay here and we liked it a lot. Internet access and large flat screen TV's in both rooms are a nice plus.”

• The attitude of the front desk manager.

“She was very rude towards me. Every question I asked her, she was rippy with her reply. The
TV in the living room would not turn on so I called down to the front desk to ask for some assistance, only to be insulted once more by her attitude and response.”

“We loved the colors in the room. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The room was also very spacious. Everyone was very helpful and always friendly.”

• Fantastic bed and wonderfully welcome spaces.
• Location was somewhat difficult to get to.

• The size of the suite.
• Did not have hotel information/papers information in a booklet available.

“The size and cleanliness of the room was outstanding. However, I would have expected to have a microwave in a suite. Our children really enjoyed themselves and so did we.”

• Our room was quiet.
• I had to pay for parking.

“This hotel had several amenities for the business traveler (i.e. free internet, business center). I would recommend it for business travel. Having to obtain a ticket to park, have it validated at the front desk, turn it in everytime I left and repeat the process upon returning was very inconvenient.”

• Spacious rooms. All are non-smoking.
• There was a broken light switch in my room.

“Hotel was easy to find with plenty of safe parking. Check-in was quick and easy. My room surprisingly spacious and clean. All rooms are non-smoking. Great value for the price.”

• I liked the fact of two separate rooms as well as 2 TVs.
• Didn't like the fact of paying to park my car.

“Very nice room with separate sleeping area with flat screen TVs in both rooms, refrigerator mini bar sink and appointed well I would go back in a heart beat.”

• The staff at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful.
• Hairs on bathroom floor & coffee creamer in room was soured.

“I couldn't believe how wonderful the staff at the front desk was. They did everything they could to be accommodating. They were extremely helpful not only to make check-in easy, but also assisted me in facilitating check-in for our flight out the next day. Kudos to them. On the other side of the coin, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub in our room. We found that to be rather disturbing. Also, after making coffee in our room, the next morning, we found the creamer that was in the room was soured, and we had to pour the coffee out. Thank God, we were able to grab our morning cup of java at the airport.”

• Driveway hard to see at night, no late breakfast.
