• The location.
• The lobby/desk closes @ 11 PM, hallways dirty & smelly, no toiletries other than soap, nor anyone at the front desk.

“Extended Stay does not have your normal hotel amenities - such as late-night check-in or shampoo.”

• There is no airport shuttle.

• Room was newly remodeled and spacious.
• I was on the first floor in a non-smoking room however, every time you opened the door the hallway stunk from cigarette smoke and it would come in the room.
  

“This hotel is very close to the airport and has great rooms. It doesn't afford a lot of amenities however. There is no business center and the first floor smells very much like cigarette smoke in the hallways even though there are non-smoking rooms on that floor.”

• Convenient.

“The hotel was old, dirty and not pleasing. The floor of the bathtub had dirt. The carpet in the hallway and guest rooms was disgusting.”

• It was conveniently located to the airport.

“The hotel was conveniently located if you wanted to spend the night before your flight near the airport. There were only two restaurants within walking distance. Room size was OK. Hotel was so-so in terms of cleanliness. Staff coverage was spotty.”

• It had a sitting area in the room.
• The hotel was dirty with various stains on the carpet throughout the hotel.

“I will not stay in this hotel again. I would recommend any of the various hotels within walking distance from this one.”

• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• The bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned prior to arrival.

“Overall it was a pleasant experience. Close to airport, center city and suburbs. Room was equipped with a sofa bed and was comfortable. Front desk was pleasant, helpful and friendly.”
