• The beds were very soft and staff very friendly and helpful.

“The beds were soft and comfy. There where extra pillows that were also soft. They also provide shampoo and conditioner which you do not usually find. I thought this hotel was nice.”

“The night before my stay, I called the hotel to see if I needed to call them to get an airport shuttle since I was arriving early. I was told I didn't need to call. I waited over an hour for the shuttle and it never arrived. At check-in, I asked again and was told I needed to call for the shuttle. It seems that the staff of Fairfield Inn at the Philly airport could use more training. I understand that mistakes happen.”

• Convenience and cleanliness.
• Removing items from room thinking I left.

“Overall pleased with hotel. Rooms clean and neat. Close access to where I had to go. Night manager was extremely professional, well dressed and plwasant. Only negative was that when room was straightened soap and shampoo were removed form room and safe door was left open. I did not have anything in the safe but it left an uneasy feeling.”
