  • Shuttle to the airport ran 24/7 and was prompt.
  • Nothing to tell.

“This hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and professional. My flight out of Philadelphia was at 5:30 AM and the shuttle was ready to go when I needed it.”

  • Clean and great location.
  • No fridge or microwave in room.

“The hotel was okay overall but it takes a lot of walking to get to the elevators. There's one elevator when you first come in and one at the end of the hotel. Both nights of my separate stays, my room was near neither and I had a lot of bags.”

  • Did not ofter two beds without a $15.00 extra fee a night front desk women was very rude.

  • Free Internet Kiosk, Soft linens, pool.
  • Room is a little on the small side, but more than adequate.

“Very nice facility near the PHL airport. Had spent the previous night at a 5 start hotel in NJ the night before. Honestly, I liked this one better.”

  • Bed was very comfortable. We also like the easy access to the business center.
  • The indoor pool was not heated. We reported it to the front desk staff and they did not seem to know if it was broken or not.

“Overall it was a good hotel. The room was more than adequate. We used the business center/computers frequently and were pleased with the easy access. The staff was not very responsive however to our concern regarding no lights in the pool room and no heat in the pool. The front desk staff did not seem at all concerned with the safety of no lighting.”

  • It was clean and well furnished.
  • Insufficient security to handle noisy kids running up and down the halls and knocking on doors until 1 am.

“No hair dryer, no mini fridge, no complimentary breakfast. Front desk not efficient in solving the noise problem reported to them several times. Didnt get any sleep after 12 hour drive.”

“It was ok. The staff was friendly, but looked dirty, and was not very helpful with questions about food. Other than that, the room was nicer than expected, and checkout was a breeze.”

  • The staff at this hotel was the high point but not to say that the accommodation lacked.
  • The location - difficult at best to locate and access.

“A solid 2.5 star hotel with a more than competent staff. Location is convenient for access to most of Boston's key points. However, driving to this hotel requires the best of directions.”

  • It was close to restaurants and the train for which the hotel provided shuttle service.
  • They did not provide a luggage rack in the room.

“We loved that we were within walking distance of the train and other restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and answered our questions and requests. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of comfortable pillows. Close enough to Philly to be convenient and far enough out to be quiet.”

“Very disappointing experience. This courtyard is not typical. It was run- down and dirty. I was in a handicap room. Much farther from the airport than I expected. Staff was unfriendly.”

  • Willingness of staff to help whether looking up a phone number or the shuttle dropping meat the Marriott Airport for a conference.
  • I didn't care for hearing my neighbors alarm clock through the wall.

“This Courtyard is very typical in terms of lay-out and furnishings. The staff is better than average and very accommodating in terms of dropping you at the train station if you are heading into Philly or heading to another Marriott Airport property. I also enjoyed the shuttle driver saying no to the Midwest Air pilot whose flight crew arrived late to take the already full 6a.m. airport shuttle and then asked the driver to kick-off other hotel guests so the entire crew could arrive to the airport on time. Cheapskate pilot stiffed the driver on a tip on top of it.”
