• Nice finishes, clean.
• Poor ventilation, no operable windows,
  hot hallways.

“Between the uncomfortable bed and pillows, poor venitlation, no operable windows, and steaming hot hallways, this hotels makes for a very poor night's sleep. It would have been nice to at least open a window. I had air conditioning going all night and it was still hot in the room, even though it was in the 50's outside!”

• Friendly staff very caring, willing to do what needed for us.
• None for this hotel.

“We stay at least once a month in a hotel and many in Hampton Inn usually in north Carolina but this was the best Hampton Inn we've been to because the staff was very attentive to our needs and caring. Everyone was so friendly and this is not always what you get in some places the staff just is there to do a job.”

• I liked everything about this hotel.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was clean, extremely friendly, close to where we needed to be and we felt very safe there. The staff did extra things for their patrons, such as, having homemade cookies every afternoon in the lobby. I have never been to a hotel that did that.”

• Clean, new, conveniently located top restaurants, shopping, main highways.
• Staff was friendly and polite but very young, inexperienced and somewhat unprofessional.

“Good value, very, very clean, cleaning staff does excellent work. Loved the free Internet and cable TV choices. Bed was terrific!”

• It was very clean.
• It was harder to get a late check-out.

“Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and neat. Food, coffee, and more was excellent. The only thing that was more difficult was to get a late check out.”
