• Courteous, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.
• Not enough time for us to stay longer.

“I use this facility once a year in December for about 4 days' stay. The breakfast lady, a local who is dedicated to great customer service. I highly recommend it as you can access the bayview from the main sitting area which also has a great outside balcony.”

• Pleasant location; relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant staff.
• False advertising of bay view, when only side-partial view was provided.

“This pleasantly located and relaxed hotel needs to be more honest in its advertising. In its own Web-site advertising, it clearly states when rooms are side/ partial Bay View. It advertised Bay View, and then failed to deliver this. I purchased this room at the full, higher of two prices based upon the promise of a Bay View. This false promise reduced our satisfaction by at least 50 %, I do not recommend the Hotel to others based upon this experience.”
