• Continental breakfast, comfort name for quality.
• Double beds.

“This was fine for the reason of visiting the area, it was 3 adults, beds a little small, bathrooms were old, but clean.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked directions.
• The soap in our room was not labeled indicating that it contained an abrasive. I ruined a pair of prescription glasses.

“The location of the hotel was super in relationship to the King of Prussia Mall. The continental breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of choices. The staff was super friendly and polite. The cleaning staff was very efficient.”

• The room, the lobby, and the common areas were very clean.
• The strong smell of smoke in the room.

“The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was also clean and tidy, and everything was in good working order [shower, TV, lights, A/C, etc].”

• Need to drive a 1/2 mile past and u-turn to get to.

“Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Bally's affiliation a big plus. A little inconvenient to get to, but not too bad. I will go back.”

• Continental breakfast selections were varied and the room was immaculate.
• The bedspreads could have been replaced.

“Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and well cared for by housekeeping. The continental breakfast provided is always a plus. The lobby was welcoming and the staff helpful.”

• It provided a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave as well as a hair dryer.
• Toilet wasn't flushing properly.

“Very pleasant, convenient hotel with useful in room appliances. It was comfortable. The room was large, well organized and clean. It was only a one day stay but I would use this hotel again for longer stays.”

• Great location next to king of Prussia mall and interstate and pa turnpike.
• Bathroom somewhat moldy and dusty buildup.

• Location was very convenient.
• Staff was too young, did not have information requested, or did not speak English.

“The location was the best thing I can say about this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very nice; however eating waffles from paper plates was not easy. The room was noisy and the carpet was wet from the air conditioner, which was also very noisy. A large fan was left in the room to dry the floor and not removed until the next day. The room guide stated that area restaurant menus were available at the front desk, but this was not true. The staff was friendly but either did not know or could not understand. When I asked for towels an older woman had to translate to the young attendant.”

• The hotel met my expectations. It offered a complimentary breakfast which was greatly appreciated.
• Towels were thin.
