• It contained a bed for sleeping.
• The hotel staff did not clean my room over a 15 day stay!

“Don't stay here. Not worth your money. The staff is unorganized and cluttered.”

• Waited 40 min for them to find reservations, then after the 1st three rooms were slept in and unmade up after given keys.

“Stayed there before and every time is getting worse. Finally our reservation "appeared" and we were given our first set of keys, when we entered the room the bed was not made and dirty towels were on the floor, clearly not a cleaned room. We went back to the desk, and they gave us another set of keys for another room, and the same thing, a dirty room. After being frustrated at this point we were given a 3rd set of keys and the desk person checked the room and said it was clean. When we went in the bed was made and had cleaned towels, but there was still old trash in the trash cans, the counters and sink were all sticky, and the dished were all dirty. It was not a comforting stay, felt very grossed out. A disappointment!”

“Extended stay hotel, so they do not clean your room daily, front desk ran by people who do not speak English as their first language. They were not able to give us local directions.”

• It was quiet.
• It was not cleaned very well.

“The hotel room was not very clean but the bathroom was. There was only 1 wastebasket that I could find (in the bathroom) and the tissue box had only 3 left. The bed was old and soft.”

• The hotel was close to nearby amenities.
• The hotel could have been cleaner. I found hairs on the shower stall and a hairball.

“This hotel is very basic. Overall, it could have been cleaner. I did not expect much more out of this hotel as it is a one star apartment oriented hotel. I found hairs on the bathroom stall and a hairball on the floor. Rooms need cleaned better. Also, an ironing board and silverware was missing from the room.”

“Nice place for the price. Good location, close to the mall and I-76. Studio room with microwave, refrigerator, stove and dining ware. Spacious bathroom. The heating is noisy though.”

• Wasn't very clean or well kept.

“The hotel was so inexpensive for the area, I wasn't expecting much. I was correct. It is very sparse. The internet was excruciatingly slow. (They waived the fee for me thankfully) the room smelled like curry or some type of odor. When I peered underneath the stove hood, I was able to pinpoint the source of the odor which looked like grease from a previous guests cooking that hadn't been cleaned. The bedding was satisfactory. During the morning, my room phone kept ringing a half ring waking me up each time. Then, I could hear people above me running around at 7am which also woke me up. Overall, it was cheap, but next time I will pay the extra money for an upgraded hotel because this just wasn't worth it.”

“This hotel was the filthiest and unkempt hotel I have ever stayed at. Dead bugs on the floor to hair in the sink and tub. I am a business traveler and can deal with very modest accommodations and amenities but there is no excuse for this type of condition.”

• Clean. It had stove and refrigerator.
• One burner did not work. No mattress cover.

“Homestead Phi-King of Prussia was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and neat. It was very quiet. The hallways were nice also. It had a nice library/reading room. The laundry facilities were very clean. It would have been nice if there was a chair in the laundry room. There were two minor problems concerning the room. One of the burners on the stove did not work. Also, there was no mattress cover on the mattress. However, those minor inconveniences did not diminish a rather enjoyable stay. I would stay there again.”

• Hotel is not clean and is well worn.

“Very well worn hotel. No extras in the room such as shampoo, dish soap, etc. No ice available - make own in room. Wake up call system not working properly. 5 AM wake up call request resulted in 4:22 AM wake up two days in row. Hotel managed by foreigners, no night desk clerk. Unable to obtain statement for stay account office only open 7am to 11 pm. Hotel smells of food cooking in rooms. Carpet, drapes, etc well worn. No maid service for stays of less than one week. No mattress covers on beds. Beds worn out. Look elsewhere and pay a bit more - plenty of other extended stay locations in the area.”

• The location and access from the interstate is good.
• Only one bed with no couch; kitchen drawers had food crumbs in them; coffee pot was greasy/dirty.

“This hotel is suitable for a single or couple with low expectations. The kitchenette was a nice feature, but the dirty drawers, coffee pot and toaster made preparing food their unthinkable. ”

• The location of hotel and the room smelled and looked clean.
• The bed needed to be flipped b/c it sagged in middle.

“I have stayed here on numerous occasions. Sometimes the room smells sometimes it isn't so clean but this time - it looked and smelled clean. I wouldn't use the utensils (dirty and no road to clean them with - then what do the cleaning people use?) - the room had a refrigerator, cabinets, stove, and micro.”
