• Loved the mini kitchen. Good location and a Dunkin Donuts right across the street.
• The bed was a little small but comfortable.

• Price.
• It felt cheap and slovenly.

“The room was noisy, other guests activities kept intruding on my sleep. The kitchen wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the TV was small. There was a smell of spoiled food in the corridor and trash stacked up by the elevator. Disappointing.”

• Had a full kitchen.
• No room service had to pay if you wanted it.

“The only thing really bad was it had no room service so if you need something you had to go to the front desk to get the item walls was real thin so we heard everything the other room was doing.”

• Easy to find; close to highway; near shopping.
• Got a full-size bed instead of queen.

“The hotel room was perfectly adequate. It was clean and well-furnished (the small kitchenette was a bonus), and exceeded my expectations for a 1-star hotel. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had been told we would be in a queen bed: it was a full at most. We could have requested a change, but for one night, it hardly mattered.”

“Hotel was accommodating. I only spent a few hours there, however everything seemed clean and I had no problems or issues.”

• The pleasant small ¿studio apartment" was roomy and cozy.
• Signs for locations of amenities--laundry area--were not posted, but this is not major.

“I was happily surprised with the good quality of accommodations at the price I got. I look forward to having an opportunity to stay in another ESA in the future.”

• I liked the location. Our room didn't have air the first night but the manager addressed it immediately.
• There was hardly any hot water. The first day, I bathed in what could only be described as tepid water.

“This hotel was okay. The staff was great but the carpet looked stained. There was no hot water to speak of and there was a cigarette burn in our blanket (in a non-smoking room). You also have to pay extra for housekeeping services. I don't think that I would choose to stay here again.”
