  • Not much maybe the roof didn't leak on me.
  • This facility is still in operation corporate should be made to stay there.

“Rating of 1 is generous. Do not stay here. The condition of this hotel is unacceptable for a National chain. Better to stay in your car in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Hotel has been under renovation for 1.5 years yet little appears to be done. Noisy bar patrons roam corridors and use exits until 3:00 am broken exit doors slammed all night. Carpets in hallways and rooms is old and worn out, furniture is shot; bath is remodeled by placing cheap vinyl liner in tub over existing steel. Security latch in my room was missing and appears to have been smashed from the frame when the door had been kicked in (trim was not repaired). Electrical "upgrade" in room had been cut into exterior wall and not covered flexible conduit and cut sheetrock was still exposed.”

  • One desk clerk was great and I hope he finds work elsewhere.
  • Bad management, dirty, poor location and code violations that I will report to proper authorities.

“Bad from A to Z you would be smart to drive on. Too bad, I can't give it a zero.”

  • Convenient and the price was just right for my budget.
  • It did not have a refrigerator in the rooms.

“I enjoyed my stay. my children enjoyed the pool. the hotel was located in the right vicinity of Corney park. it also had enough restaurants in the area and also a shopping mall.”

  • The front desk staff, particularly. Rosa, was very professional and helpful.
  • Too close to the highway.

“The Whitehall Ramada is a clean, comfortable place to spend a night or two. The staff is extremely helpful and has a good sense of humor!”

  • Good location, average price.
  • A/C didn't work, pool broke.

“Pretty poor, would not recommend it to other people.”

  • It was the worst experience of my travels. I would like a refund on this place.
  • Location, not clean at all, wall paper falling off, things had been stolen from the room prior.

“I would like a refund of my cost. I also found out they charged me $109 per night per room, when the hotel cost was only $82.”
