• The location was great for out of town people.
• The smelled of cigarette smoke.

“I'm sure I asked for a non smoking room and when we went in the room the smell was awful. But I didn't say anything. My pillow that I take with me on trips even smelled of smoke when I got home the next day.”

• Lobby.
• Rooms were falling apart in some area.

“Bathroom smelled, wall paper peeling of the walls, very small room and the hallways and elevator were falling apart, the only thing in this hotel that was attractive was the lobby, other than that everything else was a total bust.”

• Shower had great water pressure, also fridge and microwaves in room a plus.
• Bathroom door has no lock.

“Great hotel room for the price. Room was clean, everything in it worked, it had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The shower had great water pressure and an endless supply of hot water.”

• The windows, room was small, but laid out well.
• Breakfast is poor; the wall sockets may need to be checked.

• Room was situated behind the elevator.

“This hotel was good for the purpose I had intended. A place to lie down for the night. Accommodations were okay. The bathroom was small and looked well-used and older, in need of refurnishing.”

• The availability of rooms, myself and friends were on the same floor.

“The is a very good hotel (location, room rate, and staff.) for many reasons. I feel it deserves more of a rating level but it will need more activities with-in. (in-door pool and bigger work out room).”

• The continental breakfast, so that I do not have to go to a restaurant and have breakfast before I go for my site seeing.
• Hotel has only one elevator.

“I purchased for a king size bed room I was put in a two double queen size bed room. I showed them my confirmation sheet, but they did not have a king size bed room.”

“They said it was a newly renovated plush room hotel AAA rated as a 3 star it wasn't even a one star. When you walk in the lobby is ok but once you pass the lobby it stank of mildew. There were mattresses and box spring up and down the wall ways holes in the walls. Inside the rooms it was just horrible the worst ever I didn't sleep that night because I thought bugs would crawl on me. I didn't take a shower because I didn't want to put my feet in the tub and get funguses. I put a complaint in with the better business bureau, PA Health Department and AAA. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for a free stay. It was filthy.”

• They had a printed out list of local eateries with directions/restaurants, contact info for guests' convenience.
• The air conditioner was literally falling apart and creating a lot of noise, disrupting our sleep.

“The appearance of the hotel was nice. It was clean, quiet, and had good service, but the bad points were that the bed wasn't made well at all. The sheet that was on the top of the bad wasn't a fitted sheet which I don't know if that's a regular thing in hotels, and it wasn't even tucked into the bed. Had I not tucked it under the mattress, I would've woken up to find that the sheet had come off and I'd have been touching an uncovered mattress, which I don't want. Also, the air conditioner was just unbearably loud. The front cover was coming off the AC unit, so we had to push the desk up against the cover to keep it on the AC unit and prop the cover up using telephone books just to keep it from vibrating incredibly loud all night. And still, it wasn't enough to keep the noise down throughout the night.”

• Beds were clean and comfortable.
• Bathrooms were tight.

“The staff are pleasant and the rooms are clean. Comfortable for sleeping, but not much else is provided for. If you need more than a bed in your hotel, choose elsewhere, but this makes a good place to sleep.”

• The 2nd room was cleaner than the 1st room we rec'd.
• Night mgr. Was not very polite re housekeeping not cleaning our room.

“Housekeeping forgot to clean our room (straighten up, change the sheets, make the bed, and give us fresh towels). The night manager offered to have the maintenance man come up and change our bed (not kidding) since housekeeping staff was gone for the day. After a bit of "discussion" with the night mgr wherein I told him "I can sleep on dirty sheets in my own house, I don't want to do it here," he gave us another room for the 2nd night stay. It was inconvenient to change rooms on the 2nd night of a 2 night stay.”

• Big TV in the lobby.
• The room stank. It certainly had not been done over, cigarette burns on the tub, missing grout, and a towel over the smoke detector.

• I didn't.
• The hotel was not up to snuff in any area.

“The room stunk of stale cigarette smoke I asked for a non-smoking room, the dining area for the free continental breakfast smelled like vomit, a great scent first thing in the morning, stale cereal, no sugar for coffee went to the front desk for the sugar. Overall this hotel was a disaster.”

• Refrigerator/microwave, goodies bag, average clean bathroom, basic cable, simple free breakfast.
• Filthy hallway, no security swipe for back /side doors, bathroom setup, lack of lighting scheme in room.

“Hotel is what you paid for. Decent for the 4 of us. Room offered microwave, fridge, goodies bag, TV. And above average clean. Hallway messy with white sheets in front of doors. Wake-up call never called. Breakfast had Lego-my-ego waffles (premed), 2 type¿s cereals, bagels and basic condiments. Good apple juice and coffee. Location safe and clean. Parking average. Wish there was a security swipe on side doors. Anyone can get in w/o a card. Overall, I would recommend place only for one night travelers or the price savvy.”

“I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Everything that was listed on the website was there. I have stayed at hotels that claimed to have an iron in every room, only to have to trudge down to the lobby to get one. Not so at the quality inn. ”
