• Free cookies when we arrived.
• Very dirty!

“Hotel was very dirty. Checked the room when we arrived and found hair in the bed and shower. Ask for another room and found hair in the shower as well. Breakfast was cold eggs and jerky like bacon. Would not stay again!”

• It was clean and friendly.
• Our room smelled terrible and when we left so did all of our clothes and bags

“A non-smoking room was not available. That did not make us very happy at the end of a very long day at 10:30pm.”

• Location for attractions park and restaurants very friendly!
• No out door pool! Recommend specially for the summer vacations!

“First impression very pleased! We were greeted right away and very efficient and prompt in providing us with clear directions/instructions. Rooms were very nice and most important to us, clean atmosphere. Overall look forward to returning this summer!”

• A nice addition would be a restaurant.

• It was a long walk to my room.

• Very clean, friendly, helpful, professional.
• Nothing.

“I come to Allentown twice a month, and I've stayed at a lot of the other hotels, and have always been disappointed. Either the staff was not up to snuff, the place wasn't clean, or to expensive for what they were offering. This place was great. I'll be back!”

• Had a computer center, happy hour on Wed. Nights, clean and friendly staff.
• Currently part of a construction zone.

• Value not there for the money.

“Under staffed. room 422 has a cracked floor in the bath. The fitted bed sheet did not fit. Room was stale. No attention to details for the price.”

• Not much around to walk to.

• Quality of food at in house restaurant was good.
• No ashtray in smoking room. Room Service menu missing from room.

“This hotel just doesn't do the little things that have become standard today. Had to call front desk a second time after waiting an hour after my first request for something. They should pay more attention to getting people taken care of at the front desk.”

• Easy access from I-78
• Not easy to get into the parking facility - heavy traffic.

“Very nice clean, friendly staff. Could use a traffic light to provide better access to get in and get out of the parking lot - specially during RUSH" hour. Other than that great place to stay.
