• I could hear my next door neighbors very well.

• Very clean room with extremely comfortable bedding.
• The lobby smelled off perfume and almost what smelt like mold.

• Lack good control over overindulgent occupants of adjoining guests.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and convenience. The room we had was unfortunately situated on the same floor as a wedding party that was apparently celebrating a wee bit in excess and we were unable to get good night sleep. I would stay at this facility again, but insist on a curfew for guests out of control with merry-making. Up-to-date and attractive facility.”

• Rooms need some updating, especially the bathroom.

“The restaurant did not have many customers when I was there. As such, I still had to wait a very long time for my meal, and they were out of items listed on the menu as special.”

• Love the new remodel.
• The restaurants had excellent food before the remodel.

“Hotel looks beautiful since it's been redone! A+. The staff is still as super nice as always! A+. The restaurant changes are not for the better. We ate the breakfast buffet before the remodel and it was value packed! We ate at the Palette after the remodel and it was not nearly as good. The buffet food that should be hot was not, bacon was soggy, no biscuits and gravy - needs work. It was $23 for this breakfast and the best part was the coffee which was excellent and the new coffee cups are wonderful! I would take the old atmosphere to get the hot and tasty old menu back anyday.”

• Indoor pool was cold.

• The hotel was new and clean.
• The price I paid was not that different from the regular price. The hotel was not that special-very generic.

“Too far from town, not a 3 star hotel, very plain, no bath tub, not a high quality of sheets (thread count) parking was a problem, pool filled with children, cookies at the beginning were good, children running in the lobby, children under the age of 16 in the poor, not smoking-good, buffet was full by the time we got there.”

• Bathroom in room was best I've seen.
• View from room is unimpressive.

“Although we had a short stay the staff were atypically helpful including having one show us where the room was. Place was spotless. Nice job.”

• The lobby and public spaces were nice and clean.
• The rooms were noisy and you could hear TV from the next room.

“The room was OK until the room next to us turned on their TV and watched it till 1am it was very difficult to put kids to sleep with so much noise. The shower Rod was loose from the ends so the curtain kept on opening and the whole bathroom was getting wet.”

• Great cookie, good parking, lots of pillows.
• The radiator would blow out cold air even with the temperature setting up, no bathroom heat either.

“The hotel lobby was undergoing construction at the time. The rooms were small and housekeeping failed to show up one day. I would not go back to this establishment.”
