“This hotel met and exceeded expectations for the price level and area. With just a little more upkeep of rooms and facilities, this would be a very nice place to stay at when in the Salisbury MD for a day or two.”

“The Fire Alarm went off 3 times after 2:30 a.m. Our bathroom door did not latch shut; appeared to not have a latch at all. Our front door had to be slammed shut for the locking mechanism to latch. Our shower only had two settings ice cold or scalding hot. Overall our visit was fairly awful. When we tried to talk to the clerk at the desk about it, she seemed to be uninterested and almost annoyed that we were complaining.”

• The staff was cordial, friendly, and helpful with any questions or problems that we had.
• I would have liked to use the pool at later times. There were no rooms in the immediate vicinity of the pool so I thought it should be open later .

“This hotel is very clean. Staff go above any expectations that you have. Staff are very cordial, accommodating, kind, and ready to serve. I even saw management operating in maintenance positions on the day that I arrived. That said a lot to me of the dedication of staff to make sure all guests are made to feel at home.”

• Clean rooms, pleasant employees, safe environment for teenagers, nice extras i.e. pool, gym, breakfast.
• I was not unhappy with this hotel at all.

“The rooms were large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The rooms were clean, and the employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to visit them again.”

• The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.
• AC was not working but it was replaced, wireless Internet did not work in room.
