• Old, but well kept, staff was very friendly.
• Only outdoor pool. Very small bathroom.

“ This is an unusual type of Holiday Inn. It is quite old I think, but very nicely furnished and kept up. It has a bar and restaurant, and we enjoyed bar-food there. Offers breakfast. Our room on the 3rd floor as requested was very large and had comfortable bed and lounge chair. It is a large motel. Staff is very welcoming. ”

• The location worked.
• This hotel was old.

“I asked for a 3 star hotel and this is what I got. It was old. Can't describe it in any other way. It was somewhat clean but when I opened up a drawer, there was a used fork and some food. Disgusting. We also had a problem with children constantly running up and down the hallways knocking on doors. Security handled it as best they could, I guess. The parents just didn't care.”

• Great price for a Holiday Inn.
• The maids like to knock on doors for room service @ 9:30 am.

“No microwave or fridge, But we did not need it. It was a good night's stay. Quiet and the bathroom was newly renovated.”

• Sperbly accommodating.
• Drapes would not fully close to create a fully dark room for sleeping.

“I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received at the Holiday Inn in West Chester, PA. Specifically, I arrived early and inquired about whether my room was ready. When I learned that it was not, I asked if another room could be substituted. The front desk clerk immediately found another room so that I would not have to return to the hotel for check-in at a later hour. The early check-in accommodation was an incredible gift as it helped free my personal schedule during my travel.”

• Front desk clerk was earnest.
• The smell.

“The lobby smelled musty, moldy. The restaurant smelled so bad that we couldn't eat in it - a peculiar odor, maybe from no ventilation or something rotten in the ventilation system. The bed must have absorbed the hotel's general odor, because it smelled too.”

• Very clean and comfortable, decor inside and out was nice to look at.
• Room a little small.

“Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Hotel room was roomy and clean at all times. Hallways and other hotel areas were clean. Fitness center was excellent and very clean, air-conditioned, with water and towels. Laundry room was clean and accessible. Parking was excellent. Extremely comfortable and quiet stay without any problems.”

• The carpet was a bit on the worn side.

“The hotel was nice and clean. It does have that hotel smell, kind of like a new car but cheaper. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers had nice pressure, the bed were ok nothing special. I would and will stay here again.”

• Location, it was close to where I worked.
• Group of kids checked in and basically ran the hotel.

“This is the most awful place to stay. The first couple of days were fine, but on the Friday before my check out a soccer team checked in that basically told the front desk what to do. They ran up and down the hallways throwing ice and playing football in the hallway. This didn't end until about midnight on Friday, on Saturday I left for hours not to deal with it. These kids were knocking on people doors and running, destroying the do not disturb signs and screaming, yelling and running through the hallways all hours of the night and early in the morning. I absolutely would not tell anyone to stay at this place. The front desk told me they were trying to get them under control, but I really don't believe the. This was the worse business trip of my life!”

• They did not make up the room one day.

“For us this was conveniently located near everything we were going to. The one day our room was not cleaned. Getting out of the place was a bit of a hassle; especially on business days and during rush hour. Room was a bit small especially the bathroom.”
