• Friendly staff, inexpensive.
• Hallways are very run-down. No complementary breakfast.

“I was disappointed in the hotel. Expected much more from a Ramada. I had to exchange my remote because it would not do closed-caption. A mouse/rat ran across the middle of our room the first evening. No complimentary breakfast. Pool closed too early (9 PM). Run-down hallway. Otherwise, ok.”

• Very convenient location.
• Not a great neighborhood.

“The Ramada was very convenient in terms of location. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. The rooms were a little outdated, but it met our needs as we were traveling with our dogs.”

• There was an insect issue, I ordered steak med.

• Nothing went well.
• Dirty room, soiled towels, poor recovery, construction, fire alarm went off for 20 min & no one would answer the phone at desk.

“Finally I saw an employee and he said the construction crew set off the alarm and there is no fire. Then the Beverage manager scolded me for complaining that the fire alarm went off and it was only 15 or 20 minutes.”

• Rooms were large.
• Needs to be re-conditioned.

“They had a party in the hallways with people laying on the floors drinking beer and children running up & down hallways. Facility needed updating and control of the hallways.”

• Good price.
• There was construction right outside my room, which was not a pleasant sight when leaving.

“Although the hotel is only 20-25 miles from the ocean city beach, it took us 3 hours because of the long weekend traffic. So, don't bank on the 20-25 mile distance. The room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and a TV.”

• Very nice casual bar, refrigerator/microwave in every room.
• Parking is limited and hotel shows age in many ways.

“Downtown riverfront location, close to hospital and Downtown, not a lot open evening in area. Older hotel in fair condition.”

• Nice cocktail lounge, located central to town with view of central canal & quaint shopping nearby.
• Could use chase lounge chair vs. chairs provided.

“Well maintained, upscale hotel with courtesy staff. Cocktail lounge and buffet style dinners were excellent for business traveler's relaxation. Walk along the canal to central park about 4 blocks east of hotel. Very charming & tranquil walk for the nature lover. I will stay there again.”

• The decor in the lobby gave a feeling of relaxation.
• Nothing.

“The staff was friendly corrected a minor problem right away. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing.”

• Pillows and beds were nice and comfortable.
• TV reception bad, shower no good, AC too noisy, heated pool not very warm.

“Pool needed to be vacuumed, lots of sand. Breakfast buffet should be served until 11:00am not 10:00am if I had to, for the price I paid, I would.”

• Hotel staff was great, friendly, & helpful!
• Left turn lane into hotel parking lot is too small! How about a gift shop?

“Pleasant, clean, comfortable, great for families and for business. The breakfast buffet and the Sunday brunch were just great. This is the type of hotel where anyone would feel comfortable.”

• Could not get a smoking room.

“Hotel was near local hospital. Part of park area and hotel guests could not park right at the front of the hotel. It was night when I arrived so I could not see the sign prohibiting parking. Near tiny river walk area. Pretty decent looking for a Ramada. I left a bag of clothes that purchased but no one bothered to return them.”

• Parking, customer service, cleanliness.

“This hotel was in a good location, but had rude and poor customer service, dirty rooms especially the carpet. Pets running around and barking at all times during day and night. Limited breakfast buffet w/o breakfast meat offered to the customer. Handicap parking inaccessible in all areas.”

• The staff was friendly, and very helpful, even with late check in.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“I arrived late in the evening, and the staff was quick, friendly and efficient during check in. The room was large and clean, and the shower was excellent. A hot breakfast at the hotel restaurant was included as well.”

• Muggy fitness rooms, horrible TV channels.

“My family & I would be passing through Salisbury on our way to Ocean city MD. We decided to leave a day early & stay in the Ramada. The rooms were spacious & clean. Free internet access. Free breakfast buffet, although our complaint was there were no meat products offered. The restaurant staff disappeared during most of breakfast. Most of the items remained unstocked so it was more 1st come 1st served. I went to use the fitness room & it was muggy from the pool & nothing to clean off the machines with. Also the TV didn't get more than 3 stations. Overall, the inn was great.”
