• Location was great for my needs, I liked the informal meals offered in the lounge, the staff were very helpful.
• Only one thing, they could use more than just one computer for hotel guests.

• It has a very comfortable atmosphere.
• The room i was given was hard to find - lower pool level with no directional signs on walls.

“Good location. Staff enthusiastic. Buildings old and constructed poorly with apparently little wall insulation. So noise from traffic, hallway, plumbing clearly heard.”

• The hotel was clean and has been remodeled recently.
• They gave us a room in the wing that they were remodeling.

“The Inn at Chester Springs is convenient to the turnpike and is an alternative to staying in Philadelphia if travel plans take you to the west. It was clean and the staff was friendly. HBO is included, they have an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and gym. There is a Starbucks and Quiznos next door (cheap alternative to room service).”

• The staff were the best. They were especially accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept.
• The towels were thin, small and cheap. The fitness room was very limited and the treadmill would stop.

“I rate the staff as five star. The facility left something to be desired. It did have a great restaurant. The food was outstanding.”

• Large room, nice grounds with outdoor pool.
• Faces busy divided highway -- tricky to get in and out.

“Nice hotel with ongoing remodelling. Cater to large groups on weekends and a bit noisy. Awful coffee machine but very nice toiletries and great shower. Would stay there again.”

“Remodeled old Holiday Inn. Wireless internet only, all bridges in use. Exercise room being remodeled (somehow I felt I was being lied to). No sleep timer on TV remote. Little counter space in bathroom. Expected better for this quality rating.”

• When I called for extra towels and a toothbrush they had housekeeping bring it right up, they were there within 5 minutes.
• The entrance is on a divided lane so you have to do a u-turn to get to it.

“Other then the entrance, which was difficult, everything else was great. I never asked about breakfast, or coffee and didn't see it so I assume they didn't offer it. I would definitely stay there again!”

• Very clean. Hotel staff very helpful. The shower works well.
• The rubber pillows

“The hotel staff were overly friendly. The hotel is spotless inside and out. The room was comfortable and the High Speed Wireless worked. The water pressure in the shower was great and the breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. The foam rubber pillows were my only dissapointment. One of the elevators needs some maintenance as you would get on, press the button and nothing would happen some of the time.”

• Room equipped with both refrig and Microwave!
• Slow elevator.

“Excellent hotel. Clean, well equipped rooms. Free WiFi internet (hard wire ethernet was inoperative, but front desk thought a storm caused that.. just temporary.) Very nice bar with food, and excellent breakfast cafe. Pool and landscape out back were well maintained, and they even had an outdoor wedding 'chapel' next to the pool! Parking was convenient. This is the best hotel for 20 miles in any direction.”

• Pool closed, exercise room closed, staff hostile.

“The rooms were very clean. Upon my arrival (8:30 pm) the front desk staff was arguing and obviously irrated with customers ahead of me. I was not given adequate directions to my room, and found myself wandering around the complex for 10 minutes. The next morning, I was very dissappointed to find the exercise room out of service for renovation and the pool closed until 10 a.m.”

• Sometime the staff is moody but then again they deal with people everyday.

“Overall the hotel was great ... the staff really did make the stay there more enjoyable .. however the air in the room really need to be looked we spoke to the sales manager who told that they were in the process of replacing all the units ... beds are really comfy ..great location”

• First room given to me at check in was awful.

“Room assigned at check in was filthy. Hairs in shower, dirt on carpet, dirty windows. Door was damaged and did not close properly. Advertised high speed connection was not available in room assigned at check in.After much complaining, was assigned a better room on higher floor.”
