• Bed sheets apparently made of sandpaper.

“Front desk had clearly intentionally assigned me the worst room in the hotel -- first floor, next to elevator, across from stairs and door to exterior smoking area -- despite hotel being maybe 20% full at worst.”

• The lobby/eating area was comfortable, well-kept, and modern.
• Indoor jacuzi was cold (litterally); there were no towels in the gym or pool area ( all shelves empty) poor hall lighting.

“It was scary walkinng down the long hall to my room at night. The hallways are dimly lit and need to be renovated. My 'clean' hand towels had yellow-green rice (or some other gross object in it).”

• The staff was very friendly- in particular the breakfast staff- and the food was very good.
• The room was not very clean- there was a lot of dirt and hairs in the bathroom.

“I would have been disappointed had I paid a full rate, but for the rate we received on priceline it served its purpose just fine. We had a nice relaxing morning with a very nice breakfast.”

“The hotel was nice. The grounds were attractive and the staff was pleasant. For our purposes it was close by to the folks we were visiting. Additionally, it was convenient to restaurants and other area attractions.”

• It was an upgrade. Attractive, king bed, sofa, nice carpeting, furniture.
• No free continental breakfast. Coffee in the room wasn't the greatest.

• I loved the hotel and grounds.
• Finding the location was not clear.

“The street name does not stand out, so I had an issue finding it. The hotel name on the mall sign does not stand out. The person working the front desk had an issue with billing. I drank a water in the room.”
