• Good location, close proximity for dining, ease of Interstates.
• Noisy due to medical helicopters.

“The hotel has Heavy usage by Amtrack and overflow for Dover AFB. Maid service is once a week, but is very thorough. Cable TV is a joke. Wireless connection was OK, the charge was minimal ($5 for duration of stay). Laundry facilities were OK, close location to dining and shopping and bus lines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expect parking lot parties late night from Amtrak employees, and if your room faces the medical center, expect to hear the noise from medical helicopters arriving and departing at all hours of the night.”

“This was my second stay at this property. I hope to get this location every time. Checking in at 2:30 am. Was a breeze. I really like this place!”

“No maid service for stays under a week. Kitchen and refrigerator dirty. Items left in kitchen from previous person that had to be thrown away. I have stayed in this location for many weeks but this was worst. Appears they have been changing managers recently with new help.”

• Clean, safe location, easy access to major highway; heater and shower worked without problems.
• Would appreciate a continental breakfast or something similar.

• I liked the kitchen.
• You have to find somebody for help because of the crazy hours at the front desk.

“The hotel was all the way in the back of a office park, in a secluded area. There is no security around. Very secluded. Overall the hotel was ok but needed cleaning up.”

“I do like this type of hotel - there's something almost normal about going to a grocery store and getting food - feels more like home, left my leather jacket in the room, and realized that fact after a couple of hundred miles, and no opportunity to get back there this week - I called - the woman at the front desk said she had been waiting for me to call, and said she's be happy to keep it for me until next week that was very nice.”

• Our stay was short, but I liked the full size refrigerator and the little kitchen.
• We weren't there long enough to dislike anything.

• Location, access off major highway immediate calm relaxed hidden amongst office building locations.
• Very noisy HVAC system, kitchenette in room. Trash can under counter not emptied. No dish detergent available to guests. Ants in room.

“Overall I would say I had a decent stay, over holidays this location has NO person at the front desk and you have to gain access thru the manager on duty whom you buzz and will come out and greet you, should you require assistance. housekeeping staff are on holiday and they have few employees available and security and integrity are compromised. The rooms need a 2nd going over to make sure that the kitchen area is well cleaned and maintained. NO ice machines on premises only 1 inch sized ice trays in freezer, which I would not use, unless I filled myself. Overall I would again come back to this location. However it would not be my first choice.”

• The layout and location were good.
• When I checked in, they had not vacuumed and the kitchen floor was disgusting. I asked them to clean it. They didn't. There were ants all over.

“This hotel needs a good scrubbing. Dirt is ground in after lots of non thorough cleaning. It's obvious they never move anything to clean under, behind. It looked like a very nice place from the outside, but the inside told a different story.”

“The staff was rude and I did not like at all their service. They clean my room after a week and half. Poor communication with in their staff. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you have no other choice.”

“Positives: Hotel was located in a quiet area, close to attractions we were interested in. Rooms were clean. Negatives: check in staff not personable. Vending machines not stocked. Front desk closes at 5 pm. No regular coffee pack or creamers in room for morning coffee,1 pack of decaf with no creamer.”

• Too expensive for amenities provided.

“Clean, basic accommodations with a full kitchen. However, there is no pool, no fitness center, no daily maid service (unless paid extra for), no breakfast, and the front desk closes at night. The "suite" includes a small kitchen and a cramped sleeping area. The TV had a fair number of channels, but far less than a number of similarly priced chains. Overall, this was an underachiever in its price range, i.e. not a good value.”

• I liked the fact that this type of accommodation is the closest thing to a home away from home.
• The fact that there is no on-site staff member on week-ends.

“From the point of view of location it is perfect, because it is isolated from busy city life. It is also perfect, because it has the kind of amenities one needs to be independent for a couple of days (viz. a relatively well-equiped kitchen). Last but not least, I like the cleaniness of the facility and would recommend keeping the standard even higher; it's an attractive feature.”
