• Every one was ready to answer questions, very polite and friendly.
• I had trouble calling the hotel from home as the phone rang a lot but no answer.

“We have stayed here every time we visit a longtime friend in Onancock. We have never had any problem.”

• No microwave in room.

• Once the room was reserved they held the room for you.
• Waiting until 3 pm to sign in when you arrive in the area at 2:15 p.m.

“This is a good hotel but it is hard to understand why the hotel is so much more expensive than a hotel about three buildings away.”
