• Breakfast choice was large and reasonable.
• The Hotel had some railing on the poolside stairs that were loose or not anchored.

“The location to interstate was close. A Friendly Restaurant was next door. It had guest laundry at $2 for each. Breakfast hour and selection of items good. The interior halls, outside railings and sliding glass doors in rooms were shabby.”

• Convenient location, very comfortable bed and room.
• Disappointing breakfast.

“Rooms are well sized and clean. Even had microwave and small fridge that I did not expect. The only thing that annoyed me was the breakfast. The juice machine was not working properly and the bagels were almost frozen.”

• The continental breakfast was good.
• The toilet did not stop running. We did inform staff.

“We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the continental breakfast had more than just pastries and cereal. The only negative comment I have is that the toilet kept running. We did inform the staff, but it was not fixed during our visit.”

• This hotel is the best hotel for the price I have ever stayed in.

“I have stayed in many 3-star hotels that didn't meet the standard of this hotel for a great more money. For what I paid, this place was excellent.”

• Location right off the interstate and on a main commercial road.
• Not enough stations on TV.

“Although an older property, it was updated enough to meet my economic needs. The room was clean, had effective wireless connection, the heat and bathroom facilities worked well. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was very responsive to request for service.”

• They upgraded us to a suite, since the price I offered was the usual. It could be that we arrived late, though.
• The male at the front desk was a little too funny, The sofa bed was not usable.

“It's at a convenient place, near the U. of Delaware, right off Rt.95, with lots of conveniences nearby. The suite was nice and roomy.”

• It wasnt a 5 star but it was worth it for the money we paid.
• It needs some updating but they are working on it :).

“Its old and needs updating but they were putting in new carpet while we were there and painting so they are obviously working on that, it was worth the price, the continental breakfast was small but decent.”

• Room is ok and has enough space.
• Hotel staff is not very helpful.

“However, the hotel staff required us to pay more when we requested to exchange one of the two rooms we reserved from a king size bed room to a double twin beds room. I did not understand that these two types of rooms are in the same price, why the staff insists to charge us extra money. For this kind of manner, I don't think Ill recommend any of my friends to stay at this hotel.”

• Security doors to the outside did not lock.

“Typical HO JO motor lodge. Good location and good breakfast. The room carpet did not look like it was vacuumed in weeks and most important the outside doors did not lock.”

• I liked the fact that there was a new heating and cooling system and that there was a slide door/window to get out of the other side of the room.
• I did not like how the vent in the restroom did not work and there was a stain on my comforter.

“I thinks this hotel was good for the amount of stars it rated as. I also believe what I paid for it was fair considering that I had really good room with accessories.”
