• Good location.
• Security and smell led like smoke, big time.

“I would not stay in this hotel again. Someone tried to open our door 6 times during the night. Luckily the chain was on the door. We should have called the front desk, but they would disappear quickly. The room smelled heavily of smoke with a burn hole in the bedspread that went through to the sheets below. Yuck! Why did we stay? We were tired and didn't feel like making a scene.”

• Location- near football stadium.
• Price was cheaper than other area hotels.

“It was a good location--decent price. The first night we were there the blind fell off the wall when my friend tried to close it. All weekend we had problems getting hot water in the shower. Seems that at busy times the hot water got used up in the hotel rather quickly.”

• It was very loud no noise insulation (the hallway door did not even seal).

• Convenient and inexpensive.
• The beds were not very comfortable and there were not enough blankets in the room.

“It fulfilled our needs and we had a nice stay. The shower was great!”

• The location was perfect for the football game.
• The bathroom light was out - I told them - it was not fixed.

“This hotel would have been fine except for a broken light bulb, and no sink drain. These items were not repaired/fixed during our stay. We were not offered a recompense even thou the sign said 100% satisfaction guaranteed.”
