• The person working the night I stayed was very helpful with directions giving me land marks and letting me feel I could call for more help if needed12midnight.
• I have none.

“I could not find a room in Reading the night we needed I called before leaving home they had a cancellation 8pm. The Staff gave us directions on the road, told me to land marks and to call back if I needed to. He was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived. He said breakfast was at 6:30am. I told him we had to be at the college by 6:30 he said he would have it out by 5:30”
