• I liked the location near the highway and many restaurants, easy access to campus. Not noisy.
• The parking lot was not landscaped.

“Basic, clean accomodations, conveniently located and
good restaurants nearby. I didn't think the breakfast was all that impressive. Room was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the wireless internet throughout the facility.”

• Absolutely nothing. It was awful.
• Everything especially being in a smoking room.

“This was an awful hotel. Being non smokers we were given a choice of 2 smoking rooms. And the hotel staff was not concerned about this medically unsafe situation.”

• Room was clean--a/c worked well.
• Drains very slow--continental breakfast too crowded and poorly serviced--ice machine on another floor.

“The motel is an older one, conveniently located off route 17. The room was clean but the lavatory and tub drains barely functioned and the ice machine was on another floor. The continental breakfast was located in a too-small over-crowded room. Milk came from a stainless steel dispenser but was partially frozen. After staying in a nearly new Best Western in Jamestown NY this one was disappointing.”

• The room was not clean, spider webs, trash.

“For the name Best Western a let down. Need to concentrate on cleanliness which although not bad needs improvement.”
