“Actual facility did not match the pictures. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, even though they were non smoking rooms. We even traded our first room for a second one, both reeked of smoke.”

“For the money, this hotel was a good choice. Although the rooms were a bit small, they were cleaned well. It was located conveniently and the staff was professional.”

“The staff was very unpleasant and seemed to have a lot of disdain for their job. There is no refrigerator or microwave. The bathroom is so small that the sink sits outside the bathroom and there is very little room to turn from the toilet to the shower. Our room was on the corner near an enclosed outside staircase where anyone was permitted to wander around at all hours of the night. There is no botanical garden, there is a Taco bell, pizza hut and dunking donuts and the carousel is about 15-20 miles away. The mall is across the street; if you feel like walking down an incline and crossing 6 lanes of quickly moving highway traffic (god forbid you don't have a vehicle, huh?). There is no 'free' Wi-Fi. It is a pay by the minute/hour plan. I checked out a day earlier than planned and ended up dealing with a rather rude, snippy manager over the refund that should have been issued to my card a week earlier. All in all, this place is less than a 1 star motel. Aside from the clean bedding, I was very disappointed with my stay. I have had better service at Econolodges and Days inns in the past.”

“I booked this hotel for four nights. I ended up only staying two. The price was not what I was quoted and I was charged over in taxes per night. There is no free wireless; you have to pay by the usage. The bathroom is so small that the sink is on the outside of it and there is very little space to turn around from the toilet to the shower, or even get dressed. The staff acts disgruntled and vicious; as if they couldn't care less whether you stay or find another hotel. The ice machine closest to my room was broken, so I had to walk to the next one, which was a little way from my room. Everything is outside and it's not a very secure place at night or early morning. The only restaurants it's close to are Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Dunkin Donuts. There is no botanical garden and the carousel is at least 15 minutes if not more out of the way. All in all, I would have rather stayed at the Econolodge instead of being ripped off by this cheap, poorly done place.”
