• Comfortable bed, nice appointments and
  accommodating staff.
• Bad fixture on sink, forgot they extended checkout time and got locked out.

“It was a very pleasant hotel in a nice location on the Beach. Comfortable rooms & beds. Accommodating, friendly staff.”

• The price was very good, and the view of the ocean from our partial view room exceeded our expectations.

“My husband and I visited the Quality Inn on the oceanfront during November, so the off season rates were outstanding. The description of the room was that it had a balcony and partial ocean view. In fact, the view was incredible from the balcony and we were able to spot dolphins playing in the water! The boardwalk lies directly behind the hotel so taking a lovely walk along the shoreline was simple from our building. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Close to beach, restaurant very good.
• Smaller room.

“I have read reviews where people complain but for the money (off season) this was a great hotel, friendly staff, and cafe is one of my favorites on the beach. Older hotel but not dirty or unkempt, very clean.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the maids who provided us with extra towels.
• Ants in the bathroom!

• I could not believe the room I got for the price I paid. The view was amazing.
• No complaints.

• Location - all rooms are oceanfront.
• Pool was a bit cloudy.

“Great location. Convenient to have continental breakfast. An ice cream sundae on Sunday was great. I've never seen so many toppings! We've stayed here a few times and it's always clean. The staff is nice and the facilities are fine for us. It's very family-friendly. Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms. No other complaints.”

• The location, service.
• No hot tub.

“Great hotel at a great rate. The staff was very nice and every day at the pool they gave you something free. Ice cream sundaes on Sunday and lemonade and popcorn on Monday. Had pool towels out in bin to use. The children really liked it. Surrey rental was available in the pool area. We like it that we could go back and forth from the pool to the ocean so easily. The rooms were clean and the ac worked great. Every room had view of the ocean as well. Very safe area for children.”

• Located right on the boardwalk; every room has ocean view.
• Loud, staff not very knowledgeable, a bit run-down; parking.

“The parking situation is the most frustrating thing about this place. You have to park across the street and walk to the hotel. This is after you have little to no room for parking while you check in and unload ¿ you will be lucky if you have room to do that. Rooms were not as clean and nice as I'd hoped, and walls were thin, so was a bit noisy. Worst part - the "taxes and fees" ended up being over fifty dollars we didn't know we had to pay. So be careful. Apparently VA hotel tax is quite high, according to front desk. My overall suggestion: if you can afford a few bucks more, stay somewhere else. If not, go with a cheaper hotel across the street from the ocean. It's still close and would probably be just as good a place for less money.”
