• The view.
• The rooms could have been cleaner.

“It was a nice stay. Like I said the rooms could have been cleaner. The people were friendly and the view was great.”

• Bed was comfortable.
• I got lied to.

“We wanted to stay another night, she says the rooms are full, wait till morning when everyone checks out and we will move you to another room. If no one has a set room number till they get there, why did we have to wait and then have to change rooms? I saw no sense in it. If we couldnt stay in the room we had, how come everyone else could choose to stay another night? Actually, I heard people having to move to another rooms in the hallway that morning. We moved to the hotel next door for the 3rd night. Was a lot better, plus a Jacuzzi. That evening our room from this first hotel looked like no one was even in there. No lights, no movement. We would not stay there again.”

• The staff was hateful, one queen bed was broken, and no offer to refund or reduce our rate.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations. When we arrived, those at the front desk were very rude. My wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant and had to use the restroom so she went ahead of us and asked if they had a bathroom in the lobby. The personnel behind the desk stated in a rude manner "not for public use!". When my wife explained we were there to register, she threw the keys on the counter. Then, we got to our room, and one of our two queen beds was broken. We slept on it anyway, because we didn't want to deal with the rude staff. There was also a large stain on the carpet in front of the good queen bed. The next morning we did talk to the staff (since the rude ladies had left) and they did fix our bed. The second¿s night's stay was better. The view was great, but the above was enough to negate it. The valet was extremely nice.”
