• A decent value for the money. You'll get what you pay for.
• Looking a bit tired.

“We had last minute travel plans, and we were looking for something inexpensive to spend the night at, and nothing more. We didn't really care about the pool or any other amenities, The last review for this place looked decent, so we took a chance. For the price, this seemed like a pretty good deal. A comfortable bed and pillows (a rarity, even at twice the price), free WiFi, and a flat panel TV. Plenty of towels and hot water and a heater that looked new and worked fine. For one or two nights, it'll do.”

• Nothing.
• It was awful. Beds were hard. Bathroom was not clean and the doors did not close.

“We only stayed one night and canceled the remainder of our stay. It was dirty and cheap looking.”

• Breakfast, location.
• The bugs that were almost everywhere in the room and outside the hotel.

“Overall it was a very nice hotel right on the beach, the service was very friendly and helpful.”

• Was under the impression from the internet that it was an ocean front hotel.

“This hotel does not even rate 1 star. It is a fire hazard and did not look or smell like it had been cleaned ever. Electrical outlet protruding from wall, bugs in the bed, metal objects protruding from the beds shall I go on?”

• The office staff was very helpful.
• Cleanliness of the room.

“The rooms were very dirty. The kitchen had roaches underneath the microwave had not been cleaned in over a month. Fridge was not clean. I had to purchase pots and pans also silverware and plates and combats. Just so much went wrong; however the office staff was very helpful in resolving the problems.”

• The hotel manager was friendly. That's about it.
• Rudy, across from construction which started at 9am, terrible check-in/slow housekeeping, unfriendly staff.

“This whole trip was a mess. My check in was delayed due to slow housekeeping who showed their obvious hatred towards their job. I couldn't sleep at night because of the noisy bar right next door only to wake up to hear the sound of construction across the street. Front Desk personnel were unfriendly. I was almost charged $20 more but luckily, the hotel manager, was accommodating and took off the charges due to my check-in being a nightmare and me and my family having to stay in a smelly smoking room.”

• It was close to the beach and many places to dine.
• Dirty, large drunken party held by night manager!

“The location was nice but that is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel! After booking a handicap room 2 weeks prior when my wife and I arrived, they stated they did not have one for me! They did "find" one though! The room had a special handicap parking place in front of the room but everyone else kept parking in it! The day manager helped keeping it clear but the night manager could not care one bit! My wife had to park on the other side of the lot and she struggled in the rain to my wheelchair out for me to ride in the rain to our room. Then all night long until 5 am, the night manager hosted a huge drunken party at the hotel and parking lot! All night long, there was yelling drunks, loud music and fights. At 3:30 am, a drunk young man stood outside our room door screaming and cussing so bad over his cell phone because he was lost! When we checked out in the morning there several couples checking out and complaining about the same problems! All this and not to mention the room too! Broken shower head, very dirty carpet, coffee pot was like mud inside and the bed was broken as it kept falling off the base.”

• I thought it was on the beach and it wasn't, they sized it on the internet.
