• Friendly, intelligent staff; well informed about the location.
• Out of coffee at the free breakfast before closing time.

• Room was clean and had nice linens.
• Bed was uncomfortable.

“We had new pillow top mattress on our bed. We both hated it, it was very uncomfortable. Room was clean and the linens were quite nice.”

• Location, the cleanliness, and the breakfast. I also like the desk staff with regards to helping out and giving directions.
• I liked everything about it.

• Great location 2 minutes to Binghamton campus.
• Noise was audible through "suite" connecting door.

“If Binghamton University is your destination. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a free breakfast with variety. I would stay here again in a heart beat.”

• Very friendly staff at check-in & out. Good location.
• The bed was awful. Hard as a rock, I did not sleep well and I usually have no problems sleeping.

“Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, due to the fact that the bed was terrible, I will not stay here again. I will also not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Security-Uncontrolled access from outside.
• Towels provided were worn.

“Nice hotel clean, however uncontrolled access from outside, not enough soap, gym was inconveniently located.”

• It was spacious.
• Having to pay for a king bed, rather than two doubles.

“I was very disappointed in laquinta that they charged me an extra fee to stay in a king room. I understand that it is based on availability, but when I had called, they told me that they had several king rooms available. I found it odd that a king room would cost more than a two doubles as 3 additional people could stay in two doubles and it would be more work for the maid. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in liquate and will choose to stay elsewhere in the future.”

• The breakfast was very scant and the room way too small where we were expected to eat.
