• The rooms were clean, staff accommodating, breakfast was nice.
• The first room we were in, the bed was like a slab of concrete.

“I have to commend the hostess at the front desk who accommodated a room change for us. The 4th floor beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I had terrible pain from the bed - the lovely lady at the counter was accommodating in switching us out and it improved our entire view of the hotel chain. We would go to that hotel again and may do so this fall!”

“We had new pillow top mattress on our bed. We both hated it, it was very uncomfortable. Room was clean and the linens were quite nice.”

• Location, the cleanliness, and the breakfast. I also like the desk staff with regards to helping out and giving directions.
• I liked everything about it.

• Great location 2 minutes to Binghamton campus.
• Noise was audible through "suite" connecting door.

“If Binghamton University is your destination. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a free breakfast with variety. I would stay here again in a heart beat.”

• Very friendly staff at check-in & out. Good location.
• The bed was awful. Hard as a rock, I did not sleep well and I usually have no problems sleeping.

“Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, due to the fact that the bed was terrible, I will not stay here again. I will also not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• It was spacious.
• Having to pay for a king bed, rather than two doubles.

“I was very disappointed in laquinta that they charged me an extra fee to stay in a king room. I understand that it is based on availability, but when I had called, they told me that they had several king rooms available. I found it odd that a king room would cost more than a two doubles as 3 additional people could stay in two doubles and it would be more work for the maid. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in liquate and will choose to stay elsewhere in the future.”

• The breakfast was very scant and the room way too small where we were expected to eat.

• Location is convenient to highways and restaurants.
• Pool was provided at a neighboring fitness center rather than on property.

“La Quinta Johnson City is a clean, convenient hotel. Just off Route 17 on Harry L Drive, across from the Oakdale Mall, next to several restaurants. Not a spectacular stay but a comfortable one.”

• Very well managed, comfortable and close to all amenities.
• Internet server kept going offline. I-net company should be more reliable.

“Only problem I had was with the internet service. The server kept dropping offline. It was difficult to conduct business. No 24/7 tech support to correct it. Otherwise, hotel was excellently located, complete amenities and very pleasant, helpful staff. Will stay there again.”
