• Cleanliness, friendliness, comfort. Excellent!
• Breakfast was good but we were missing condiments for our toasts (jam, PB, etc.).

• Fridge in room.
• Not even a 2-star in my opinion.

“Okay, I must try to be objective here since I usually stay in 3-stars. But I used to stay mostly in 2-star and I don't think this one is even that. Very old and not too clean. Desperately needs a remodel. No sofa or even a lounger chair of any kind in king rooms.”

• A little far from the interstate but worth the trip.

“Compared to similarly priced places, this is the best one I've stayed in recently. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The woman behind the counter when I checked in was awesome. She reminded me of the woman from the Snapple commercials really friendly and upbeat, very helpfulness of fast food and other restaurants in the immediate area. The continental breakfast was coffee, juice, milk, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins, and pastries. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises. The night I was there they had a dinner buffet for $22 that seemed decent, even had someone there to carve a roast and serve it to you. I opted for the giant Chinese buffet restaurant down the street though. It was typical, but hit the spot perfectly. It looks like they also have some sort of entertainment on weekends, a comedy club on Saturdays. I was there on a Friday and they had comedians in house that night too. Overall, a very good place to stay and a bargain for the price.”

• Clean rooms that were a very comfortable size.
• Lack of training poor check out experience.

“The room was a good size. Pillows were very hard. Bring your own if you stay here. Staff was friendly but not trained. It took us 45 minutes to check out due to the staff not knowing the proper procedures at check out. They tried to bill me twice and then put the charge on someone elses card.”

• It is a good location for shoppers.

“We were lucky. Our room was clean, the TV worked, the ac was on, we had a micro wave and a refrigerator. We went to the breakfast provided with our room only once. The cereal and milk were good but the coffee was the worst I ever had. There were guest in our group with dirty rooms with an odor. The staff at the desk Saturday evening quoted guest different prices for the same rooms we had.”

• Nothing.
• It wasn't very clean and the Jacuzzi was dirty and no heat.

“Poor service poor heating quality. Stain on sheets. Restaurant not opens when said it would be. No suggestions on were to eat. It was very poor and I will never go there again it was not worth the money I paid.”

• The location of the hotel is very convenient.
• The bathroom was not clean. The staff was very disrespectful.

“The staff should be retrained to deal with the hotel's costumers. They behaved very uneducated and were very Nasty.”

• Nothing. It was filthy..
• Could not shower. Filthy. Could not use refrigerator. Gagged.
