• Price was good and ocation was relatively convenient to our interests.
• Grungy feel. Carpets old and poor; Bed linens thin; no blanket. Just not anywhere
  I would want to stay again even at the price we paid, not too much.

• Requested non smoking room. There were ash all over the bedding.

• The staff was very friendly allowing us to check in early and late and accommodated us with extra pillows.
• The room was disappointing, kitchenette was dirty, small room.

“Overall the room was good for a one night stay although staying in a studio suite at another location gave us high expectations so the room was disappointing. The staff was very friendly and the location was
close
to area attractions. In passing other rooms it appears the hotel may be undergoing renovations and we got an older room.”

• Location and price.
• Full of smoke despite request for non-smoking.

“The rooms were full of acrid smoke and the evacuation at 1am was very badly handled. Night clerk just ignored people in need of assistance and gave no update before fire service arrived. Very unfriendly front desk staff.”

• Easy to find and get to.
• Hotel allowed pets. This is both unsanitary and unsafe. There was a pit-bull in a room next to mine. This is unacceptable.

• Has kitchen; friendly staff.
• Unresponsive maintenance staff.

“The hotel provides efficiency-apartment-like rooms with kitchenette. The front-desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping services are provided weekly. Wireless (and wired) internet connections are provided, although the wireless connection was sluggish. The location is pleasant, convenient and quiet.”

• Kitchen is helpful for preparing lite meals.

  helpful staff.
• Smoking rooms reeked, inadequate number of dishes.

“Convenient to the Thruway and the greater Syracuse area, this hotel offers comforts of home not found in most accommodations including refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes and utensils, and iron and full-size ironing board. Especially suitable for longer stays.”
