• It was clean.
• Nothing.

“Clean hotel, in area with other hotels, made you feel safe. Rooms were cleaned excellent the next day. Heard no noises at night. Stayed for 2 nights while moving daughter to Syracuse University.”

• We loved the Free Breakfast.
• He carpet on the hallway was dingy and smelled.

“For the amount of money we spent, it is a great place. The breakfast is awesome. There were belgian waffles, boiled eggs, different kinds of bread, cereal, muffins, fruit and yogurt. The room was comfortable although the desk chair and the little sofa looked worn out. The staff was very friendly.”

• Room was cramped, not for anyone who is claustrophobic.

“Room was cramped. One of our rooms had a fridge, the other didn't. Toilet and shower had a door so someone could use the sink while someone was in there. Full length mirrors. Breakfast was good. Make your own Belgium waffles with the toppings, assorted breads, apples and bananas a bit old, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. Lobby a bit small, bumped into people while getting breakfast together. Staff was very courteous and polite.”

• Close distance to colleges.
• Even through it was a non smoking room it did smell a little of smoke.
  

“I really liked the room we had at the Quality Inn. It was a king size bed with 5 pillows. Another thing I truly enjoyed about this room was that all the bedding smelled like bleach, very clean and fresh! Even the bedspread smelled freshly. It made me feel confident that the rest of the room was clean too. The only small negative remark I have about the place is that it smelled a tad bit of cigarettes, it could have been the smell of the room next store leaking into the vents, but all and all a pleasant experience.

• The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice.
• Don't like motels, thought it was a hotel.

“Overall I didn't like the motel itself. I thought it would be a hotel. Would prefer if all the rooms were smoke free as smoke travels everywhere. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Complementary coffee and yogurt was nice. Also breakfast was nicely laid out.”

• Proximity to the I- 90+congenial attractive appearance.
• Was given smoking asked non; needed changed; king bed wanted two beds, small bathroom.

“Was suitable for the night stopover down to Boston area, but bathroom was too small and wanted two beds in room. But clean and fresh appearance in room; functional. Outside of building was attractive and nice well kept pool area.”

• Room was very dirty.

“The room smelled very bad upon entrance, and the smell never went away. The room was dirty; the bathroom was not cleaned in days. The free WiFi did not work.”

“We had to take a smoking room and my husband is asthmatic. It was a nice enough room, small, not much walk around room. Bathroom very small.”

• Rooms and grounds clean and attractive.
• No sign indicating where lobby and office is. No signs directing you to room.

“Pretty good the shower head was great. Mattress was not that hot. Did not appreciate need to drive all the way around building looking for lobby then choosing a likely door.”
