  • Close to a good restaurant.
  • The staff was terrible and the rooms were dirty.

“At check-in, I requested a non-smoking room and was told that there was no non-smoking rooms available but that I could upgrade to a king-size. I shouldn't have even bothered, the so-called non-smoking room still stunk like cigarettes and when we left for the day our coats took with them a musty smell. The king bed was so old that there was visible dip in the middle of it forcing us to continue to roll into it when we were sleeping. The carpet was sticky and almost moist feeling, and the mirrored wall (yes I said mirrored wall) still had fingerprints on it. Also, when we arrived, there was general stains on the walls that made the room look unpleasant. I opened the drawers and there was an old musty t-shirt in one of the drawers that had been there for who knows how long. The picture quality of the cable was terrible and only two or three channels came in without static. Also, the second day the staff just put the new towels on the sink and did not re-display the room. The walls between the rooms were paper thin and the doors had no sealing so you could hear everything that was going on outside. Also, the security lock was broken and the wood holding the screw in place for it appeared to be rotted out. The paint is cracking and has the general appearance of a run down motel with cigarette butts and candy wrappers, etc strewn about the parking lot. Even the front desk is cluttered with old papers and general garbage. The staff looked overworked and extremely tired and generally not in the mood to help if you had any complaints but were ok if you were just asking general questions about the area. I also thought it was weird that the staff did not wear uniforms. Only some of them did so.”

  • Nothing.
  • The guy jacking off in the parking lot.

“The carpet was sticky, there were roaches, there was a guy with his pants off masturbating in his truck, the sink water pressure was horrible, and the room smelled musty.”

  • It was conveniently located to where my events were taking place.
  • The room smelled musty and did not feel like it was clean.

“While the beds looked like they were made, they weren't inviting to sleep in. Because of the mustiness of the room (perhaps due to the rug), I was cautious to sleep underneath the covers. I was also compelled to wear rubber flip flops in the shower. The staff is friendly and nice, however, and would make the stay pleasant, but I would not choose Econolodge (in that area) again.”

  • The night clerk.
  • Broken doors latches and no blow dryer outlet.

“Only stay if you're desperate for a room.”

  • Absolutely nothing.
  • The carpet was filthy. Damp/musty. Poor lighting.

“I needed to stay an extra night. The staff called me at 10:45 pm to tell me to come down and pay for the next night! Like I was going to skip out on the bill! Then when I went to check out they couldn't even print out a copy of the bill for my expense report. I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone!”

  • The room was on the ground level.
  • Dirty, no extra towels, no lock on door, poor customer service,

“Customer service was not good. The room was dirty, we asked for extra towels did not receive them. The security lock was broken on the door. No shower cap provided.”
