• Convenient to downtown have de grace.
• Located on bust we route 40.

“Desk staff was exceedingly helpful. Interior hallways, rooms clean and well equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Good value for the grade of hotel.”

• Stuffy smell in room, maybe stale smoke in non smoking room.

“We were very disappointed with the service of the hotel. We stayed in room 319. The front desk buzzed our room after 8pm to ask us to calm our children down because the room below us was complaining of the noise. We were offended that the front desk discriminated against us because we have small children. They are 7 & 8 yrs old, but at the time of the phone call they had already been in bed trying to sleep. We also experienced hearing the noise which was the room next to us or down the hall and someone kept jiggling our door knob to our room. My husband called the front desk to let him know we also were hearing the noise and told him about the jiggling, but received no apology for the inconvenience. If we ever return to have de grace we will never stay at that hotel again even if it were for free. Also the continental breakfast was unsatisfactory. We also didn't like the service when checking in & out because we had to buzz someone to come up front. There should be an employee at the front desk at all times.”

• The coffee and pastry were gone and not replenished in the morning.

• It wasn't too far
• The room was very loud, dirty, and I didn't sleep.

“This hotel is in a good location, but from room 101, you can clearly hear people talking in the lobby and the door opening and closing. Not acceptable.”
